Seeing me approaching the front door, Kevin behind the counter inside determined the appropriate battery I would need, had it in his hand as I entered the store and replaced the old one within just a minute or two. “I was recently in the O’Reilly store with my daughter. We came to purchase a battery for a 2018 CRV Honda. The man waiting on us was the gentleman very professional check the battery with the meter suggested the battery was low and bad and suggested replacing it so we went ahead and replaced the battery,and the car would not start at all it would not even turn over so we got upset. My daughter did and asked for a refund for the battery because we couldn’t figure out what it was. The man working on the car searched searched and couldn’t figure anything out so we towed the car to Firestone down the street they couldn’t find anything either so we ended up towing it to Honda Honda Proctor Honda diagnosed for $200 and found that there was a fuse missing which would’ve started the car up immediately so my point is the fuse went missing somewhere and no one said anything about a fuse at O’Reilly’s or You know suggested that they forgot something but somewhere along line it seems so it was human error. Meanwhile we are seven days without a vehicle and about $580 right now to go replace a battery with debt. Never had a bad experience there, but this time turned out bad Sure hopes for some help from corporate. It was a bad deal and , you know what is right , should be FIXED????️”
