If I could rate no stars, I would. Five minutes in, Roach on the wall. Bathroom outlet broken and no hair dryer. Front office provided a new hair dryer. Plug it in and it shorts out and smokes. Get another hair dryer and same thing happens. Work order to fix outlet. Fix outlet, third hair dryer plug in, outlet doesn't work. Cracked sink, crime scene splatter on wall and funky smell. But hey, what do you expect for $200 a night? Never again!

The lady at the front desk is very rude and not at all very business like and doesn't do well with customer service. I feel as if she just makes the rules up as she goes and that she doesn't follow the standard code of conduct for a front desk attendant at what would normally be a very nice and comfortable, not only local but franchise hotel/motel. But apparently someone there likes her, because I believe that she has been employed by and at that particular Baymount for quite some time now.... If u should ever go there, u will know who I'm talking about within a few minutes of meeting this woman, her attitude and personality gives her away right out the gate. Sorry to say I won't be staying at that Baymount anytime soon, unless i absolutely have to.

To my surprise when I got to the hotel, my reservation was for a smoking room. When I asked to change reservation to a non smoking room, the female attendant got the worst attitude. Even after explaining that my wife has asthma and battering cancer was not a motive for her to help.In the end, she cancel my reservation but did not want to give a confirmation and called the cop on my family.I wish Windham could do something about this but unfortunately, nothing will happen.

I have never experienced a staff who was so rude and disrespectful. The staff member rudely told me and my party to get out without hearing what I had to say. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. The young man who works at night or worked the night of 8/20/2023 was just mean. No people skills at all. I felt highly disrespected. Just sad sad sad.I was simply waiting in the room while my Son went to upgrade to a bigger space. He immediately assumed that I/we was trying to stay in both places. Told me to get out in a very rude and inhumane tone. I'm just insulted and sick over this. Be blessed good people.

Severe smell of mold and mildew.Air conditioner did not work. Very warm in the room.There were only about 7 channels that worked.There were bugs all over the room. I killed at least 7Stains on the bedspreads.Stains all over the walls.A cigarette hole in the sheetStained up chair so nasty I didn't even want to touch it.We had been traveling for 14 hours that day. It was late, we were tired and just needed a quick break before we kept on.We travel very often and stay at multiple hotels throughout the year but this was the worst we have ever been in.Was very glad to finally leave

After my reservation at another location was canceled and I was turned away I called here to get a room. The girl assured me she had a room for me. I was so relieved. However when I got there she refused to rent me a room. Because I had a service animal. I retrieved my dogs papers and explained to her that all she needed was a copy of those papers and it would be fine. Still she refused to allow me to check in. Called the next day to speak to someone about how the young girl had violated federal law and was told "I don't really know what you expect me to do" I was embarrassed the night before and then again the next day. If you have a service animal I advise you to go elsewhere you will not be treated well here

Ok, I've stayed at Baymonts before. While I'm not a gambling man, if I were, I'd bet this location did not begin it's life as a Baymont. It's raining today and I truly believe it's less humid out here than it was in my room with the AC on. The room struck me as maybe 85% clean. There was a lack of attention to detail. I probably would have been as well off at a Motel 6. Never pictured a Belmont like this. The ladies at the front office were the best part of this stay. They were awesome. The breakfast was mediocre. All carbohydrate stuff, which doesn't work well for me, having a long drive ahead of me.

Arrived at 1:30 am. Waited close to 20 minutes to check in. Took about 10 minutes for my check-in. Although friendly people, after driving all day 30 minutes, was tough at 2:00 am. Rooms had carpet that had a damp feel and a bit of an odor. In the morning, before leaving, while walking, my dog was asked to confirm I was a guest, and my room number in addition to details about my dog by what appeared to be the manager. This was after identifying the dog and providing documentation at check-in. I could stay again if no other option are available.

Don't recommend! Checked in late, got to first room and looked around. Our bed had large stains and the other bed had old make up on the sheets. We told a front desk worker who gave us a new room, it had bugs when we pulled back the sheets. Told worker again that we were leaving. Haven't got a refund yet and no one will answer our calls. So frustrating.

To call this a "hotel" in 2023 is a stretch. I would not board my dog here. This was the only place we could find several months ago when looking for a place for the FSU graduation weekend in May 2023. Of course, there's a reason for that. I have stayed at 100s of hotels all over the world, and this is - by far, not even close - the WORST hotel I have ever had the misfortune to set my foot in - EVER. The whole place is dated, worn, old and frankly, disgusting. The keycard to our room failed 9 times during the weekend. 9 times. That gets irritating late at night when you try to get into your room. The second time it happened I went to the front desk to have it fixed - again - and was SCREAMED at by the only employee at the desk - a woman in her 30s. She literally SCREAMED at me, waved her arms wildly, and yelled at me to shut up and be quiet. An older lady behind me looked like she was about to have a heart attack. This place has a 3 star rating??? That is a complete JOKE and beyond misleading. The only good thing I can say is that it is a neat Time Machine back to the 1980s (one of those $39 a night 1980s hotels) I am of course being sarcastic. The hotels in the 1980s had, among other things, working door locks.

Place was clear and beds super comfortableand staff very friendly. I forgot my charger and some medication in the room and got a call in 15 min from leaving that I had forgotten stuff. Was just passing through and was looking for a good rate. The Wyndham toll free number could not get me the same $75 rate (with tax - it was $20 more).

The place was pretty decent I must say. The room was clean, everything stocked. I liked having a desk, a fridge, and a coffee table. All the appliances worked, the shower water was nice and hot. Two things really turned me off, frequent roaches seen crawling around and very slow drainage on the sink and the shower. I had to stand around in my own dirty water. That’s not cool. Once they correct those two things, I’m sold. I’d definitely stay again.
