Cheryl sucks; she turned a 5 minute interaction into a 20 minute one then made me verify a 10 year old account while reading out my recent transactions in a lobby full of people as if that’s anyone’s business. Oh and she got the cashiers check amount wrong too I’ll never be back in this location

My first encounter with the Branch Manager Assistant "Anita" was unprecedented. She was fast in taking me in even without an appointment. I waited patiently until she finished her meeting with another customer.I know this bank has been transitioning from the SunTrust system to the Truist system.All business transitioning causes customer service problems, and then the fees kick in.Banks need to consider that customers get frustrated too when getting overcharged due to banks' changes.I have been in 2 Truist branches, and they both helped me resolve whatever issues were there.The main issue is trying to resolve anything over the phone it doesn't work well yet. I ended up in the branches when this happened.Up to now, all has been great.

I have never seen anyone as rude as the tellers at this branch. Look up lazy in the dictionary and there will be a picture of the tellers "working" there.

Wouldn’t give them one star! Very poor communication. Called on Friday, for Saturday hours and to make an appointment to open an account. Was told it’s first come first serve on Saturday. Got there Saturday early and they told me I needed an appointment!!!!

Their on-line banking sucks!! Hard to access, tells me it does not recognize my devices - even though I have been using them for 12 years! It says my passcode or sign in is incorrect! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!

Bank called, left a message with a reference number. Called twice. Both people told me they couldn't access the info with the reference number. I still don't know what they want nor do I care.

Went to withdraw some of MY money that I deposited into MY account, teller said sorry we don't have it, if I wanted to wait 3-6 days they might then. Only other option was a cashiers check, which I had to call and make sure was ok since I was supposed to get cash...and then I was charged for the check. Will be closing our accounts there asap (approx 6) since they apparently can't honor their commitment.

I was very irritated with this bank for refusing to notarize a document I was signing as trustee for my revocable trust. I was in Alabama and needed the document notarized and told the dummy in Ala. to call Anita Tuong. Anita told them oh no we don't notarize things for trusts or something like that. These fools at this bank apparently never heard of the purpose of revocable trusts. Every old person with any money should use them for estate planning. I wouldn't bank with these idiots if all the other banks in town closed. Awful bank, rotten people, constantly showing me they cannot tell a good customer from bad.
