I’m super happy.My old Corsair RGB 65 mouse of 12 years broke a couple weeks ago, so I needed to replace it. I stopped at Best Buy expecting to spend at least $120 on a new one, but the one that most closely matched my old one was $180.Down on the shelf, though, they had an older version that is much closer to the old one, on sale for $65!All covered by Best Buy’s excellent protection.Thanks Best Buy!

Do not waste your time, money, or efforts with Best Buy or Geek Squad. We bought a washer and dryer with a five-year Geek Squad protection plan about two years ago. After the washer broke in December, we contacted Geek Squad for a repair and got a maintenance appointment scheduled. Took the day off work, waited around for someone to show up. Nobody ever did. That happened two more time. Dozens of phone calls only ever resulted in "escalating" our case. Finally, after weeks of no repair, Best Buy approved us for an exchange. Great news to us - we would finally have a working washer! Except, once again, nobody ever showed up to deliver it. More phone calls, more "escalation." Without any answers, we went into our local store, tried to sort things out, and were told it was checked into the store and would be delivered that day. More good news! Except it still wasn't delivered. We spoke with the delivery driver, turns out a new washer WAS NEVER EVEN ORDERED. The washer wasn't delivered because it never existed in the first place. Unbelievable. Really seems Best Buy is a disorganized, poorly run company that can't deliver on the goods that their customers paid for.

This is the WORST store ever built. We bought a microwave with delivery and installation on 1/3. So far, the installation has been rescheduled four times, but no one shows up. They are supposed to call or text 30 mins before arrival. To date the only text I ever received failed to mention that the crew was 3 hrs early, but they still showed up. HOWEVER!!! The part they needed to install the unit was not put on the truck, as promised to us by the BestBuy salesman (Wyett). Therefore, the crew simply tore my kitchen apart, left the HUGE box with the 75lb microwave sitting in the middle of the floor, right alongside of the stove they also wrenched into the middle of the room. I haven't been able to cook for over a week. I've tried to call these people every single day (and my husband also calls). Funny thing is... they don't allow the "store" to answer the calls, but redirect you to a call center in the Philippines. Yeah, that's helpful. NOT The problem lies between BestBuy and a delivery and installation company called "On Time Delivery & Installation Services, LLC". Two different companies not knowing what the other is doing. I'm beside myself. I don't have the strength to pick up the crate and I don't have a vehicle large enough to accommodate the package. Then I'm worried about getting my money back since I paid in cash. I'm sure they'll try to screw me over by either mailing a check or offering a "store" credit. NO THANK YOU!!! I'm sorry, but I guess I'm totally F---ed. I hope they enjoy screwing over a 74 yr old woman and her husband. Lovely people, just lovely. Oh, and in case you were wondering, it's a 50 min drive to our BestBuy, or I'd have driven down there by now. I've already wasted four days of my life (and my husband's) sitting here waiting for someone we already know isn't coming. What WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Could not get anyone to assist with finding the product I needed. Website said it was in store. Employee directed me to customer services but the line was too long and moving too slow. Employee could have retrieved item but was unwilling to assist.

Days Later...Still no refund! Buyer Beware: they won't always give you your refund immediately when using a credit card or debt card. Most cases require up to ten days to see your funds returned to your account. Why does it take 0.1 seconds to take funds from your card, but take up to 10 business days to receive the refund; with no supervisor willing to explain why. They just repeat the same lines over and over You've been warned, I will only make cash purchases in the future with Best Buy. They are never the best buy that's why they are willing to match other vendors prices on identical items on Amazon, Walmart, Target and others! #BestBuy #NotEver

Their selection of home appliances was fantastic. When we came in, we were quickly greeted. But no one was around for assistance. We were Looking for a gas stove, but I didn't find it.

Worst experience I’ve ever quite had. These employees are not quite all there. It might the opioid epidemic… I’m kidding, but truthfully, I went to this store twice in one day because they sold the wrong thing, and then they sold me the wrong thing again. Do not go here at all costs. I’m serious

If you want customer service look elsewhere. I bought an item that was in stock online/ready for pickup. I waited an hour and then tried to ask about it but was given the run around in store and just left. Today now i received an email a day later saying it’ll be 2 weeks until I get it now. You can’t call the store you get patched to India. Just order from online don’t waste your time trying to support local economy. Best Buy must be bankrupt for them to think this is acceptable business practices

Waited 45 minutes ,in the outlet section, finally gentlemen showed up, He said will send someone else, since he works in different sections . Waited another 20 minutes finally to buy a open box dishwasher. Ridiculous, I used to believe in America means customer service is great... Not anymore ..

I had a great car buying experience with Best Buy auto sales owner Talal. He was patient friendly professional honest and very helpful in the sale process in which I bought a 2002 Honda accord ex 2dr in April 2023 and I enjoyed my choice very much he took the time to let me drive it and the price was right for me he also handled the tag and title paperwork for me I ended up getting my title for just 10$ I would buy another vehicle from Talal at Best Buy Auto sales in Tallahassee fl anytime
