i was on hold for over an hour and a half all for them to just let me leave a voicemail. i was trying to check if they received my application for renewal but never reached anyone. this is incredibly frustrating and if i could put 0 stars i would.

On hold for over an hour multiple times in an attempt to speak with someone. This has to change. They are failing pharmacist and pharmacy technicians and something needs to be done.
