I am very disappointed with this Board. They are very irresponsible and do not communicate effectively. I have been dealing with them since July this year, trying to get my license and have gotten no where. They have quite an alarming amount of rude people working there and never reach out when you've asked for help. They have given me the wrong information multiple times and have me running in circles. This is a mockery of the people who actually work hard in their positions in pharmacies around Florida.

If I would be able to rate this with a CERO, I will do it. 2.5 hours waiting was passed too long. Very quick to cashed the check. It is been almost 2 months and I still without my license. You guys should closed operations, you just stealing money from people and no service at all. Shame on yourselves!!

I have been trying to call since March '20 and not a single answer, i just moved here a few weeks ago and attempted to call on the drive to FL and nothing since being here and trying several more time I was on hold anywhere from an hour and a half to five hours before I had to hang up. I have sent several emails and no response. I even asked a local pharmacy and they said I would have better luck traveling to another near by state that only one person works at the board and they are awful. I need to transfer my license and have questions I need answered. The FL board is very unprofessional.

I have been calling since Friday and no one have returned my calls nor voicemails. I don't want to make a trip to Florida until I move. I've been trying to transfer my license from MS to FL. IT seems as if I need to stay where I'm at since they are ignoring me. THIS IS NOT HOW THE BOARD SUPPOSE TO OPERATE!!!!!

100% USELESS! "Please hold. Someone will help you in a moment". Really? Then why have I been trying to call for HOURS now? They keep sending you to new messages and telling you to call new numbers.

The woman that seems to be the only woman that works there answering pharmacy question for pharmacists has the worst attitude ever not clear with answers and acts like the info she is providing you she is doing it as a favor how does the board of pharmacy allow such people to work there? Also there is numerous complaints and reviews about this same individual. WE NEED ACTION TAKEN THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
