I always use the virtual teller… They are all wonderful. It doesn’t matter which bank you go to or what hours as long as the virtual tellers are open …you typically will see someone you know on the screw …it gives you peace of mind… Lacey is the best!!

absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a bank. I have had a business account here for three years and finally after being nickeled and dimed with fees and assessments that were often times caused by their own errors. I would call customer service and be treated very rudely especially by one of their reps named Mary. basically I finally close my account it’s time to go to a credit union. CCBG Never would work with me as a small business terrible experience.

Unfortunately CCBG does not know the meaning of Customer Service. I called to cancel my Debit card & to report a fraudulent charge to my account on April 1st. I just spoke with them again. My account was not credited back for the amount of the fraudulent charge AND my Debit card was NEVER cancelled so I must now wait another 7-10 business days for a new card.

Some of the best service I've ever had in Tallahassee was from Michelle Clark, in the home mortgage department. She is awesome, if your looking for a home mortgage ask for her specifically, you wont be disappointed! I've been through about three banks looking for a mortgage and they all seem to drag their feet except Michelle, I would never go anywhere else because she gets things moving and makes the process so easy and carefree for me.
