We had the pleasure of working with Mason and were pleased with his assistance. After we made our selection, he carefully explained the process for buying a car. He was helpful, efficient and we enjoyed working with him.Mike was also very helpful when a question arose! Great dealership, friendly, efficient and easy to work with all around!Gwen J.

Everyone has been polite... BUT they've had my car for about a month and no one has even looked at it yet. That's not acceptable, no matter how nice you are or how "upfront" you are about your backlog of work.

I will try to be brief with this review. However I purchased a vehicle from Capital Eurocars last month on August 1 2023. When i purchased the vehicle I noticed that the brakes were squealing when I back into my parking space and when I am in drive thru's. I reached out to my sales rep and let him know about the issue and he had me bring the vehicle in to try and diagnose the issue. So of course he states he didn't hear anything and that if the issue continued then bring it in and get it checked out. Quite naturally the issue was still present so he takes me to a service adviser and they drive the car and claim they don't hear anything. The service advisor proceeds to tell me that the brakes are supposed to squeal especially in the morning blah blah blah. This isn't my first vehicle and I know that brakes aren't supposed to be making a squealing noise unless there is an issue some where. I continued to hear the noise and I made an appointment on August 15 2023 and they had available today September 5 2023. I made the appointment for 11am and low and behold the same service advisor just so happens to be my advisor today and he told me the same thing. I noticed there was no windshield wiper fluid in the car when I first purchased the vehicle, when the a/c is turned on sitting idle the car vibrates, when I back up I am still hearing the brakes squeal and even when I am pressing the brakes moving forward, and I have an issue with the steering wheel. He pretty much brushed off my concerns and talked to me as if I were dumb and didn't comprehend what was going on. As i stated to him, this isn't my first car and I know what I am supposed to hear and not hear I work in customer service so I know how to handle situations and how to treat customers and this advisor was not the best. He then offered to keep my vehicle for about about two weeks and I be without a vehicle with no solution. I am highly disappointed in the level of service I received and I would not recommend Capital Eurocars to anyone. I guess I will have to go to another Mercedes dealership to get better customer service. My service advisor was William G(forgot how to spell his last name). The only solution today was the wasted time and I still don't still have my washer fluid in my car smh. Avoid this dealership if you are expecting stellar service because you definitely won't get it there. Courtney S.

Terrible service and very overpriced. Bottom line, avoid German made cars, they are manufactured to result in huge repair bills.

My name is Jason. I am reaching out to you regarding the 2015 S-550 Benz that I purchased on November 22, 2012 from Capital Eurocars. The day after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed that the vehicle began to leak oil. I immediately contacted the dealership about the oil leak, and I was told to bring the vehicle in as needed to get the oil topped off until a service appointment was available. At the time that the appointment was scheduled, I was told that the vehicle repairs would be taken care of. With that said, it was my understanding that the dealership was assuming responsibility for selling me a vehicle that had an oil leak. However, on January 11th, I was notified that I am in fact responsible for repairs in an excess of almost $800! This was an unexpected repair and financial liability for a vehicle that I had just purchased less than three months ago! I asked to speak a manager but was told one was not available. On the same day I emailed Mr. Stafford, Mr. Akins and Mr. Gruen but never received a response. Less than one month later, the vehicle broke down and would not crank. It had to be towed to the dealership and the starter motor had to be replaced which cost $1666.30. So, in less than three months I was out of $2500 in repairs for this vehicle. Now I don't know much about the law, but I know that this is unlawful in some respect, and I will be seeking legal action to determine my rights. I am very dissatisfied about my car buying experience and managements response to my concerns. This is very poor business practices and something needs to be done and I am determined to seek a resolution.

I bring my car here for every oil change, in the past, their old Volvo service manager was eh. Didn't top my fluids off, especially my washer fluid. If I'm paying 150$ for an oil change I need the washer fluid filled. The new service manger Ryan, he's awesome. He called me and let me know I needed rear breaks and he broke down the price for me right there on the phone. Such a new and different experience, they're still busy as heck, but they take time to make sure your vehicle is 100%

This is the absolutely worst VW dealership that I have ever been to, and I have lived in three cities. I have no idea who their mechanics are, but they may want to reconsider their career choice. This place is so untrustworthy that I drove my Jetta 165 miles to Jacksonville to have work covered which was under warranty. I paid for two nights in a hotel just because I needed to know that my car was going to be well taken car of. I advise you to stay away even for oil changes.

The worst dealer I think I have been to. First of all, their customer service is horrible. I think her name was Cynthia, but she sounds very angry and is not at all pleasant to talk to, just trying to book an appointment. As well it takes over three weeks for any appointment for something as an oil change and every other time I've gone, it's taken forever for service. They need to do way better. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My non high price vehicle has been in the shop for over 2 & 1/2 months. After a month + we were told due to COVID we now needed to make an appointment. Okay done. Well the appointment came and went. No car. Then told we we're 3rd or 4th on list. Asked about a loaner and was told they didn't have anything as other customers had them. Asked about a rental was told we could have one for a few days. Totally aggravated at this point as had to go out of town for family issues. Today, after calling about something else was finally told they looked at it. Sick to death of businesses not caring about customers and blaming COVID for everything. How about taking responsibility for their poor work ethics and/or not having a plan-of action for issues such as these. I am so done.
