Carriage Gate is a popular shopping center in Tallahassee, offering a favorite mix of shops and dining options. It is a pretty big center with a wide variety of stores. Trader Joe's seems to anchor the shopping center, a great store known for interesting items not found in other grocery stores. The center provides a great experience with friendly and helpful staff. It can get pretty crowded and packed, however, and parking is limited in the congested area. Alongside the shopping, there is a hamburger restaurant right next to Trader Joe's that looks pretty good, adding to the dining choices available.
