Schwab is fine from an online perspective, but the "local" office does not even have a local phone number - you can't reach the 'local representatives' because there's no way to contact them. TD was much better in Tallahassee than Schwab is... it's like they left the N. FL market once they purchased TD.

Their customer service is WOW. I have always been talked to with friendly voices. I made a mistake with my account and they have always been so communicative and helpful in the process. They explain everything throughly and make sure I am satisfied. Thank you!!
