Easy access using your card. Just left submitting a deposit. I was nervous because I didn't see an outside ATM. no worries, use your card to get in the building and the ATM is there to the right.Also got my reward for the new account. Chase service is crazy good.

Drove 3 hours from Pensacola because this chase was the closes one. Thank goodness for Jocelyn the branch manager was there to assist me! She did everything she could do to assist me and make sure my long drive wasn’t wasted time. Thank you so much Jocelyn for helping me out and being so kind! :)

We came from Georgia to cash a check that's is a chase check and they cash it but someone else came in with a chase and they cash it with no problem but my son was black and the white young lady with no problem this wrong very wrong we all are God, children.

I expected Chase to be everywhere in Florida including Milton Florida I see every other bank except Chase and Milton Florida I hope Chase open the branch here on ATM in Milton Florida soon

Please do not go to this chase as young black male with real money in your account. I was racially discriminated at this branch due to me asking for a cashiers check for my car. Terrible customer service and unfair banking. ( More Context ) I had deposited a check from lawyer and was coming to the bank after 7 days of approval as you all know it’s a waiting period for bigger deposits. I asked for a check through a buyers order and the lady at the branch made it her personal journey to make sure I did not get the funds that chase already accepted to have. She told me she had to verify my funds and had me wait for 1 to 2 hours while she called the back office. This made no sense being that the 7 day hold period is the period when the bank will approve or deny different stipulations on checks. She did all of this just to tell me that the money is mine , ( as it always was). She said she did not want to give me the money due to it looking “ bad on the bank” so I decided to leave the location and go to another location. I arrived at The Thomasviille road location and received my check in under 39 seconds. All in all This branch needs fixing from people as such.

Never any bankers available for walk in and when you do set an appointment, there’s STILL no one available. I’ve been waiting on my banker to see me for 25 minutes with no costumers here but at least 5 employees. Who’s working here if they can’t help with a simple issue. Absolutely terrible service and something needs to be done immediately. People have lives and they shouldn’t be forced to wait out of turn.

The past year this branch has become more friendly, eagerly greeting customers as they walk in, and attending to queries quickly. The past month, I had oustanding experiences with Sheldon Ball, an associate who helped with account issues by taking a genuine interest, explaining the options, and resolving the problem. He also urged me to return if I have any future concerns. In these non-human Covid times, it's pretty great to know there are bankers who really care out there.

Does anyone there ever answer the phone? Have been trying to call for days. I will update this review if I can get someone to answer the phone and provide service. I don't want to spend time driving over there until I verify the documents I need for the desired transaction.

If you have a terrible exoerience, you must report to BBB and also HQ. HQ will contact the branch and thats how we get them.

I've had to come back multiple times in a month because they either got my address wrong and I never got my debit card, or 1 person couldn't help me with two different things in one appointment OR because the app couldn't help me, so I booked a phone appt and then they couldn't help me and I had to end up going back in anyway. I've never had such a poor experience with a bank.

No one will answer the phone. I have been calling for DAYS. There is no way to leave a message. How do I get ahold of someone at my local bank branch.
