I visited on 12/31/20 with the intention to buy a NYE outfit however I cannot spend money in a store where the "Sales Professionals" did not acknowledge that I was there.Chico's lost 3 things that day: a big ticket sale, a new customer & the opportunnity to positively promote the "shop local" intuitive. Common courtesy doesn't cost a thing but lack thereof can be expensive.

Quality clothes, great selection, and the women who worked there were extremely helpful! They even walked us to the car with their umbrellas so my mom's gift wouldn't get wet! A+++

Worst costumer service ever received in town. The old lady attendant was more interested in chatting with a friend than answering my questions.... Oh well is easier to shop chicos online... And people ask why so many retail business are going out of business. Is how you make people feel that allows for repeat business... Chicos get ready of this old lady, she wasn't interested in the costumer at all.

The staff in this store are very helpful. Unfortunately, I don't generally find much in Chico's stores... but it's fun to look around and when I can, select a nice little something.
