Service was OK at best. Place is boring, small, and crowed. In my opinion the atmosphere has no taste. The parking lot is not well lit and small. Pricing is OK, I assume, but to me more on the pricey side. The selection was decent, but quite a few of the boxes had no pricing on them, which is an inconvenience. SORRY but not a place I would go again or recommend. Maybe it will get better.

I went in here to get cigars to go with gifts for my fiancé’s groomsmen. They were very nice and helpful in helping me pick something good out and the gifts were well appreciated.

Went here today for the 1st time have to say I bought 3 cigars one double cutter and I have to say the customer service was excellent but 2 out of 3 cigars were stale, probably the humidifier must be bad or not right called to notify the employee and I felt like he thought I was lying or just trying to get something if you go here please check before buying again the young lady great customer service but the problem is the product was no good. Waist of my money sorry but honestly is the best policy.

One of the finest examples of a cigar shop I have seen coming across the country. The purveyor was so pleasant, and so accommodating, it was an absolute pleasure to shop here. I was so appreciative, and when he didn't have the cigars brand that I was looking for, he was very compassionate and empathetic for my journey and search. Let's just say you made it worth my while to park my 85 ft rig in the middle of the street while I ran inside, by the way I called ahead and he had my order ready at the counter and told me where to park. I've got photos, I'll post them soon. Definitely coming back
