I unfortunately stopped by this Circle K on December 11, My vehicle ran excellent before putting their gas into the tank, I get ready to leave and my vehicle began to run horrible after maybe 20 foot then dies. It would not restart so it was pushed into eye doctor parking lot. I had to it towed and now with the repairs because of their has I am over $5,000 in debt because they had alot of water in their product. Now they refuse to acknowledge me I have need trying to find out what to do regarding reimbursement for what I am out but they don't answer or call back. Going to sue them real soon

I travel 48 states and just recently made an effort to visit more Circle K’s to see if my discount card will work and to do the reviews, and my card didn’t work here for some reason. So, I came here after having already read the reviews. I couldn’t believe the sheer number of negative reviews and had to check this place out in person. I’ve never seen a Circle K with reviews so bad.
When I walked inside and heard the employees' conversation taking place behind the counter, not having seen the folks yet…I already knew. Yeeeep. Now, while the ladies that were working today were very nice…they are woefully inefficient and have no sense of urgency. *A segment of my people’s culture misinterprets words like inefficient and urgency, so I’ll just let that be as it may.
While inside, I didn’t use the restroom here, but I did notice the store had that “I will get to it when I feel like it” look going on. Something regulars may not even notice or care about but clearly obvious to visitors, not from the area. Clearly, the math was mathin ’ so the equations were correct as to why I saw what I saw. I give this place a “D” but I can see where locals will give it an “A-“.
Note:
The owner or corporate manager needs to make sure this store reflects the expectations tourists and even the Tesla charging crowd expect when choosing this location to business.

I will no longer be getting gas from Circle K. They have lost a customer. Just because my car wasn’t on the side of the road when they clearly had water in their pumps off Thomasville Rd and Timberlane Rd in Tallahassee, FL. Yes, I wasn’t able have my vehicles inspected by a mechanic right after the incident, so yes the gas wouldn’t be the same from several fuel ups after the incident. The fact that both of my vehicles had engine issues (the same engine problem is not a coincidence). The fuel whether indirectly or directly will cause problems with the engine causing other issues that are a part of the engine. I got my vehicles inspected a little less than a month after the incident and Circle K has denied any accountability because my car wasn’t on the side of the road. Real poor customer service, will no longer be going there. Wawa’s are popping up around town with better gas prices, I’ve found a new alternative!

Nasty men’s restroom and door doesn’t close correctly. Restroom hasn’t been cleaned in hours. Strong urine smell, urine all on the sides of the toilet and dirty sink. I felt dirty being in there. Yuk! Super busy and long line. Could bear to purchase anything.
(I was here for Tesla charging.)

The air machine did not work, the water containers to clean the windshield were dry, the parking lot is very messy.

This is by far the worst Circle K I have ever been in! It was filthy and the door on the men's bathroom was literally falling off. There were no lids to the fountain drinks. I have never seen another Circle K look like this.

After having bought coffee and juices for my children, I went out and came back to buy a soda and took the opportunity to pour water into my mother's glass that she has to drink water, when I went to pay, in a call made to the cashier (I suppose What about security cameras? She, believing that she does not know how to speak English, responds, “Does she think there are no security cameras?” In my position that is not going to happen” as if I were stealing the ice that I put in my mom's glass, she could easily tell me that I had to pay for the ice, I would have done it without a problem, (in other seasons) she wouldn't let me know. They have charged for a little ice, so I didn't let them know, in the same way I calmly paid twice for my soda as the self-service screen showed while I listened to the woman talk about me! 😂

Serious lack of restrooms for a filling station with 10 fuel lanes and spaces for 12 electric vehicles to charge.
Single stall for women and a second stall for men. The line should not be so long to relieve yourself after traveling for hours!

No breakfast whatsoever cooked and ready to go no hot dogs no rollers.! pretty rough looking place. I walked in and walked right back out that was stupid. I'm really kinda upset it's 7am and no breakfast after a long drive. It's posted all over there windows that they have food

I stopped in the store yesterday and purchased a few of the drinks that were on clearance. The items didn't reflect the markdown price in the self check out system. Miss Ann had to painstakingly adjust each item manually. She was very pleasant in doing so. I look forward to seeing Miss Ann each time, I visit this location. I

Cashier told me that she couldn’t turn around to get something from behind the counter because she was counting the cash register and since it was open she can’t turn her back to it. Either count your drawers at the end of the shift behind a locked door or hire another cashier to cover while they count. Terrible service
