Worst experience EVER!!!!!!! The manager was very very DISRESPECTFUL after I was accused for stealing soda. He then kicked me out of the store. I was embarrassed in front of all of the customers in there. The cashier was the one who accused me of STEALING soda.

Typically I enjoy this convenience store and visit it on most days. However this evening the doors are locked at 1:00 a.m. as the employee is mopping the floor and refuses to assist a paying customer. She stated that she did not care she was going to continue mopping and has inconvenience several people waiting to get into the store. This is unlike the employees that are typically found at the Circle k and is a great disappointment at this hour of the night. I hope that she is fired she is obviously not fit for customer service and not like any of the other employees found at this location

Bought a blue Rhino propane tank took it home and a massive leak when turning the valve on. Took it back Guy called a manager Evan or Eric said I have to buy a whole new tank. Lol in what world is that fair. Terribly managed

This is possibly the worst Circle K in Tallahassee. I live close by and frequent this gas station only because of its proximity to home, but am considering never returning. Trash cans are always over flowing, bathrooms always smell like urine (mens), the staff (usually just one person) sits and watches the self checkout line. Instead of also checking people out. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Cashier was sitting on her phone she didn’t get up she rolled in her chair to get what I needed from behind the counter was not helpful when asking the zip code so I could use my coupon to make my purchase

By far one of the worst run gas stations I’ve ever seen. Their credit card readers are hit or miss of whether or not they’re working any given day, and that’s only if they’re open. A good chunk of the time I go there and they’ll all be smoking outside with the lights of claiming they don’t have power, yet the two places in the same parking lot will still be open. Not to mention the store is always a mess whether it’s sticky floors, trash all over the parking lot, or the big kicker, product laying on the floor instead of on the shelf or in a fridge with their prices clearly shown. A lot of the time I go to get a drink the fridge will be out but I can see it in the back area of the fridge so I take it upon myself to do their jobs for them to make a sale. Not sure how a store so small can have 2-4 employees early in the morning with minimal customers and they can’t find the time to restock stuff. Abysmal

I will go out of my way to avoid this store. It's sad, because they had an amazing manager that really cared and the store ran seamlessly. But it appears he was fired, and the service and care of the store has suffered drastically. None of the employees seem to have any knowledge, or any care to, and clearly the owners want to eliminate human labor completely, forcing customers to use a glitchy auto checkout that never works and causes far more delays. Stock is horrible, store is usually dirty and in disarray, and prices are falsely advertised. And the customer is some how to blame? Not a fan. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Would really love to have a neighborhood store I can rely on again.

Store is always out of certain products and now lately it is constantly closed, this store has gone down hill in the past 6 months. Don't know if it is management/staff (or lack of) but I hope it gets better because the other closest circle k on shamrock street is not much better and they have staff but they are all rude and need to be brought outside to "bite the curb".

Store portion is closed but pumps are not closed. I used my credit card and after filling up my card has been repeatedly charged and refunded. Can't ask an attendant on duty for help because the store part of the station is closed. No one on duty. I assumed the pumps would still work (which they did) but if you have any issue afterwards you're on your own as no one is in the store to help should anyting happen and there are no numbers to call or leave a message. Would appreciate it if they closed the store to also close the pumps so other people aren't stuck in the situation I am in. Also what would be the plan if an emergency happened like someone spilling fuel and it catches on fire? Is there not supposed to be someone on duty who is trained to respond to such situations? If so then shouldn't the pumps be off if such a person isn't available?

Walked in this afternoon at 330pm and was told by the cashier that I needed to leave because she was leaving. Asked if I could purchase something first and she said “no I am locking up, I have to go.”

Store is always randomly closed, more often in the morning, because the employee has always something else to do. No clue why they employ people that cannot work the hours and open and close the store at will.I have over 6 pictures collected in 2 weeks of a sign saying temporarily closed. They really need to get things together, as I watch people easily steal from them or get angry and complain because there is nobody working.Overall this is the worst.

Donna is always a pleasure to work with. She solved an immediate problem extremely quicly. Not only does she work a lot hours but I’ve never seen her without a smile. Keep up the good work we’re very thankful for you. Great job.
