I will never return to this location. The first visit was fine. Got one of my ears re pierced since the back of the hole had closed up. I wanted to get my second set of piercings redone as well as add another set to the upper part of my ear. I had looked at the sterling silver earrings as well and picked out about 10 pair to buy along with having the double piercing done. When I walked in, there was 1 person working and she was busy piercing someone's ears, so I patiently waited my turn. Just as she finished with this lady and walked up to check her out, a young man walked in, probably 19 or so. So after she finished at the register, checking out the lady before me, she walks right past me, never bothering to address me, and beelines straight for the young man that walked in about 15 minutes after me. Never said a word to me in the 20 minutes I was there waiting. My patience at an end, especially after such a rude dismissal, I set the items I wanted to purchase, on the counter by the register, and walked out. If your location can't train your associates properly on customer service and Instead allow such rude, dismissive and thirsty behavior, you will continue to lose money.
