“What an adorable little boutique with a large selection of really cute and cool clothing! Even though I’m not that young anymore, the young ladies working there were so helpful and didn’t make me feel like the “frump” that goes along with my age. I didn’t have to do a thing other than try on the clothes, they’d bring me a different size if one didn’t work. Best of all? I’ve been searching and hunting for a belt with silver buckle. They had one! And I certainly bought that and then some!Every girl deserves to be queen for a day/week/month/year - so treat yourself to the Sparkle Tallahassee Boutique!I definitely felt sparkly after my “retail therapy” shopping spree - and I helped our local economy. lolI highly recommend this clothing boutique to anyone looking for that amazing piece you just have to get!”

What a beautiful full circle moment to experience introducing them to hot topic! I was very appreciative of the excellent customer service and staff. Especially the associate with the short red hair! Hey girl! Sorry I forgot your name! But thanks for all your help! She helped me create a loyalty account for my kids, earn hella hot topic cash and then just saved hundreds of dollars using it this past weekend. I always drop a bunch of money in here. I would highly recommend doing their loyalty program and shopping their deals. The coupons stack. Hope this helps! Would highly recommend!”

“The shop has a good selection of ready-to-wear African attire for women and men, fabrics by the yard, as well as a large selection of accessories. The owner was friendly and provided outstanding customer service. Even though I was picky about the colors ? she still provided excellent service.The prices are great too. I got a very unique convertible dress, and the entire outfit, including accessories (headwrap, belt, jewelry) was less than $100. There is a good selection of costume jewelry for good prices, and some unique purses I might have to come back for. ?They also do custom clothing.”

“I frequently shop at Ross on the weekends. I went there on Sunday Nov 2. Shopping for a pair of work boots and some work pants. And I just want to compliment a few of the employees for there outstanding customer service skills. First off all I want to Say Mrs. Sheree who was working in the back of the store in the fitting rooms she was very polite and helpful to all the customers and doing a great job keeping the fitting rooms nice and clean and with a smile on her face which is rare. I told here what a great job she was doing. And I felt the need to recognize her for her commitment to great customer service. It doesn't go unoticed. Also I want to recognize Mrs. Katrina the store manager who was working front cash register she is always very polite and speaks to every customers as they walk into the store keeps a smile on her face and always helpful when I go to her register. Also she is an amazing saleswoman. She convinced me into getting a Ross Credit Card. Last but not least Mr Avele a new employee was working at the register up front as well that day I ended up going back through his line to get another pair of pants . This young man was very professional with great customer service skills. Kept the line moving while interacting well with the customers. Everyone appreciates great customer service and I would like these employees to know their work doesn't go unoticed. I've worked in retail and it can be demanding at times and hard to keep a smile on your face but these three employees are amazing and create a great shopping experience. Thank you guys!”
