Very poor service for my Michelin tires. I got a recall from Michelin about the four tires that I bought at Costco. I contacted the Costco tire center and arranged to have the tires replaced as required by Michelin and Costco but Costco informed me that the tires were not in and they would contact me when they arrived that was 18 months ago I have been down there many times since then trying to straighten this problem out to no avail. Still do not have the replacement tires they tried to offer me Firestone replacements and I told them I only want what I paid for Michelin tires on my van. Still waiting as of November 14th 2023

Have been a member of the Costco Stores for somewhere around 17 years. There are items there that I would not buy anywhere else. The membership fee is easily justified. Savings at the gas pump alone cover it for most people.Grab a roast chicken that is twice the size of one at a grocery store and costs 40 to 50% leas than at the grocery store. Batteries are much less expensive than anywhere I have priced them. Paper Towels and Toilet Paper are also a better buy. Kirkland paper towels are gr8, the Kirkland toilet paper - not so gr8. (No one is perfect).

This is a great store, but I hate to say run out of things all the time. Often when I fall in love with a product, the product goes away quickly. Other than that, the deals are pretty good they're not as good as a competitor. I do like the organic and vegan selections though. The service is always good.

Membership prices are awesome, service is reliable, however just like other reviews say, the communication at this location sucks for lack of better terms. Took my number down to call and lmk when my car was done and that I can go do whatever, so I go and wait inside Costco for the time being, service should’ve taken 30 mins max just a rotation, I wait for an hour an 10 mins before I’m getting concerned and go check on it, no car in the shop except 1 and it ai my mine, nobody even at the front even tho they close in like another hour, no call, nothing, my car was waiting for me just as long as I was waiting for it. Next time babysit the front staff, or they’ll forget ab you and go do their own thing. Hate to say it but you gotta be those annoying customers that check on it every 15 mins. Other than that, love Costco, recommend either way, just save urself the confusing wait. (;

During my visit today, I started off by getting fuel at the Costco gas station. I noticed when I was standing in front of the machine in order to pay at the pump that their is a sign was posted over the regular fuel, stating "only premium fuel" available. It's a little piece of paper with big bold writing, which is laminated, obviously made by somebody with access to a computer, printer and laminator so the administrative office with managers is fair to assume. It does not say anywhere on the gas station pump that the pump is "out of order"! Which means if you want to get fuel, you're going to have to pay more for premium, which is fine. if you really need fuel. What is not fine is after I've closed up and started driving out I noticed the pump directly in front of me which is now finally cleared with no car parked at it fueling. The pump does not have the sign saying "premium fuel only". over the option for regular fuel. Which means I didn't need to pay for the premium fuel because regular fuel is available at this gas station. Now for anyone who has never been to a club members only gas station you don't get to pick what pump exactly you end up at, you only kinda get to pick which lane you're going to enter. You just get in line and randomly you'll end up at a pump if you wait long enough and you can't just pull out because there's cars ahead of you and you can't pull backwards because there's cars behind you waiting for you to finish up. What you're doing because they are also in a hurry to get fuel after you. now, the only reason you're even there is because you waited 15-20 minutes for that pump. now, of course I looked around for any employees that might be able to help me out with a question, but no one was at the gas station when I was there. So I parked my truck with it's very full gas tank filled with way too much money. By the way I pay $120 for my membership just to use this store. So I had inside I do my shopping. I'm headed for the door and I decided to stop by the membership desk that handles customer service to let them know about the situation. This guy working the desk sounded completely clueless hands up in the air, saying "bro I don't know". So I can see "oh ok he just works here" he did say " I hear them over the radio, kind of I know they got a situation going I think only one pump works". Which is clearly not true he only has to walk 20 feet from where he is to look out through the front entrance to see that. So randomly sprinkled on the gas pumps are signs telling you to pay more if you feel like it, when you don't have to and no one to tell you otherwise. "I got basically scammed out of an extra $40- $50" just like a lot of other people. I decided to call the administrative office and ask for a manager. He was trying to assure me that they are not trying to pull a fast one on anybody. It is their mistake for overlooking the situation and handling it poorly but that they were going to fix it. My reaction is "it's great that you're going to change the signs" to stop the problem but the point is people already lost the money buying the product they didn't need the individual manager does not benefit money wise but the store does from more product sold. I can't try to help myself by returning and exchanging the product. I did pay for exactly what I got.

It was a long time in the making, but it finally happened. I bit the bullet and got a Costco membership.I mean, I would go beforehand with friends or family who had a membership and occasionally get items. Moreover, I downloaded their app that accesses their website, and well, most products you can purchase without a membership and have them delivered to your home.I did this last bit probably for a year or so. I began on and off questioning if I should get a membership given my use, and well, now that I've moved to Tallahassee and conversations constantly came up in my social group about Costco, well - it was inevitable. I joined because I could finally justify it. I no longer live alone and this is Tallahassee, not South Florida, where variety is running rampant.Do I have any regrets? None at all. I signed up online, linked the membership to my account, received an e-mail and took said e-mail with me to the counter at this Costco. Paul attended me and he was so warm and friendly. Got my membership card and went on in to make a few purchases. Was surprised that they had self-checkout at this location, but hey, it worked out great for me. Probably the least amount of time I've ever spent waiting to pay at Costco. Definitely will return.

A short drive through to this massive Costco in Tally. Even though we live in a bigger city , this Costco had us beat in volume of items and space. The parking lot was packed and expected at least a half hour wait and was able to get in / out in less than 20 minutes. Friendly, fast service. We will be back.

I purchased a set of original equipment Michelin tires for my Shelby Mustang at a very good sale price this month. Costco beat Tire Rack and Discount tire on the price! Since I am picky on who works on my car, I removed the wheels myself and brought them in to have the new tires mounted and balanced. During the process, one wheel was slightly scratched and later I discovered that one of the other wheels had been nicked up in two places. The tire center supervisor, Bradley, showed me the scratches on the one wheel and completed a claim for for me to have the wheel repaired. When I showed him the picture of the other wheel which was damaged, he did not hesitate to submit a claim form for that wheel, too. So, both wheels were repaired to my satisfaction and Costco reimbursed me for the full amount ($300). Always a Good practice to have the tire center inspect your wheels before the work is started so if something does happen during the process, it's an easy process to remedy any problems. I was extremely happy with the way Bradley handled this issue and I will certainly buy my next set of wheels from this location!

I love Costco! This location is fantastic. The staff is friendly and well stocked. The store is clean and well-maintained. Items are easy to locate as organization makes sense. If you happen to not find an item, any employee is happy to help you and answer questions you may have. There is a variety of vegetables, fruits, and meats which makes meal planning great. The cooking a try area with a wide range of spices and other items needed to make your cooking a success. Snacks go as far as the eyes can see. They have lots of gluten free and Keto friendly treats. The frozen section also has items for these types of dietary needs. Even check out is a breeze with self checkout or traditional checkout. Overall, great experience and will be back.

Come on Costco, if your going to charge extra for two tiny pumps of choc sauce (which costs you about .03 cents per serving) on your frozen desert Then at least put more than to just decorate the sides of the glass enough to make it look like you actually put some in there. Costco has gotten a bit greedy since that last CEO. Same goes for outrageous membership prices. Sam's Club actually gave me a basic membership for FREE recently. Whereas Costco wants to charge me $120. For the priveledge of shopping there with the Executive membership I've had for decades but recently downgraded and still think Costco has a bit of an over- inflated head.

While it is slightly difficult to provide a Yelp Review for a discount stores food, some of their pre-seasoned food is outstanding! Their Pork Tenderloin Chunks as well as their Garlic Chicken Wings are perfectly seasoned. When grilled correctly are so tasty and delicious, you will look forward to grilling, not that I ever don't look forward to grilling! I hope you enjoy, we sure have!

Most of the people at Costco are usually nice, however, that does not apply to everybody. My older brother and I came to buy supplies for my dad's 60th birthday party. We used his membership to get in, but he was not there because he is a doctor and has many patients to take care of. He was not able to be there in person before his party to buy the supplies and why would he buy it if it's his birthday? So we get let In at the front with his membership and spend an hour collecting all of the supplies. We go up to pay at the register and the lady scans the card and sees the picture is not me. (The worker's name is Karen. Go figure). She started yelling at us for no reason and calling for a supervisor very loud making an absolute scene. We were very polite and tried to tell her we would call our dad and get him to come show his face so we can finish our shopping. She declined to listen to anything we said and continued to raise her voice and make a scene. Once a worker above her came over it was sorted out relatively quickly. Moral of the story, if you go to Costco off of Mahan rd in Tallahassee, try to avoid the check out line with the worker named Karen.

Though I don't go to Costco every week like some folks, when I do go, I am never disappointed; so many items! Usually get my fresh fruit and veggie fix, which lasts a couple of weeks; but today, it was time to fill up my car; had been putting off getting gas for the past several days because the line has been so long! However, today, figured I may as well join the line; wait time wasn't as bad as it may have appeared. Shocker though with the cost! I had about a quarter of a tank, but it cost nearly $65 to fill up my vehicle, yikes! Just glad to get a discount at the pump via Costco membership.
