The guy working the desk was SOOOOO inept and aloof, he even told me to pay my bill online because it costs more in person! I couldn't pay it online DOOSH! That's why I drove all the way to the store!! He was too lazy to even offer ANY assistance whatsoever and blatantly used hand sanitizer after touching my driver's license....which prompted me to immediately wipe it down blatantly after he returned it. Needless to say Cricket wireless is RIDICULOUS to its own customers and I will be shopping elsewhere ASAP! ?

This Cricket store robs people for their money. They robbed me and will not fulfill their agreements. The district manager refuses to contact me. Do not do business there. The manager is unhelpful and they will rob you and fulfill their agreements. Horrible customer service.
