Poor customer service. The attendant encouraged me to buy the costliest phone plan, which comes with HBO MAX subscription and told me I could use it on my TV too, only to go home and have it not work on my TV. Called and he told me there was nothing he could do about it.

Very excellent service no complaints bout any of there employees very respectful and knowledgeable bout what they talk about they kno there phones by heart and they employee put me on a very nice phone didn’t pay a lot very low prices and wonderful customer services so no need to look further at any other cricket wireless in tally

Ported me over from another carrier. Text and phone worked, but no internet connection. Went back the next day and spent 2 hours while the rep worked with chat support. Got nowhere. Told me my iPhone 8 plus was too old and to call Apple. ? Called Apple support. They tested phone and said all iPhones back to iPhone 5 will work with LTE wireless. The store rep is giving out nonsense to the customers per Apple and the Cricket supervisor. Call Cricket support just now and escalated to a manager. Nothing. While they were directing me to various settings, I noticed under General / VPN & Device Mgmt there was a profile listed with tracfone... That was the old carrier. I deleted it . Phone works. NO ONE at Cricket could figure out the issue. Just spent 2 days pulling my hair out and without any internet on my phone.
