The staff is rude

90% of the time it’s very crowded and you’re going to have to wait to get a station to work out at. I didn’t mind that though, since I always either try to go early morning or late night to avoid the crowd.
I eventually started to just started working out at home, and forgot I had the membership, it’s probably been over 7 months since I’ve been actively going, and have been going. That’s cool since it was totally my fault.
What I didn’t like was that while I was away they changed their policy, and the only way to cancel the policy is to call a number, and cancel the call center that’s based somewhere, from their accents I’m assuming is in India. If you want to cancel you have to basically pay a cancellation fee before they “allow” you to cancel. And apparently in store they’re just completely unable to help you With canceling at all. I canceled in store before, but they apparently changed the policy.
If you don’t like terrible policies like that I recommend finding a local gym instead, and reading over the policies.

Been going to this gym about 3 months now and I love it. The staff are super friendly and all the equipment are in good shape. Best gym in town in my opinion
