This facility is clean, quiet, and secure. Rates are market-reasonable and the leasing process can be completed entirely online without human contact, though staff members are very helpful. Both units we’ve leased within this facility have been easily accessible and clean, and both had door hardware compatible with a cylinder lock and dual padlocks. Additionally, while I have not rigorously tested it, the temperature, humidity, and dust control of the facility seems above average. I have also not noticed any indications of pests within either unit or the facility generally. Overall, this is a solid self storage facility that I would recommend to a family member or friend without hesitation.

I just rented so I don't have a full experience, but the people there were friendly, the rate was acceptable and it was an easy transaction to get set up. Now to get my stuff into storage!

I want to take a moment to thank Destiny at extra space for at her exceptional help and customer service. She went above and Beyond to assist me and some difficult decisions regarding my storage needs. Destiny was not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and patient and answering all of my questions. It is rare to come across someone so dedicated to making sure customers feel confident in their choices. I really appreciate her time and expertise.

Marcus was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain all parts of the contract and answered all my questions. The facility was very clean and there were no strange smells! I feel confident my belongings will be safe in their care.

We walked in and were treated kindly. We were wanting a small storage area but the price wasn't right. Employee helped us find one at another location. I'm the end we paid more to keep our belongings closer and climate controlled. Great customer service!!👍🏽
