My CVS on Magnolia and Apalachee Pkwy is the very best CVS in the entire country! The people call me by my name, they treat me with nothing but respect and they help me every single time I come into either with my order or explaining why or how a medicine works. They also guide me to other products throughout the store. I love my pharmacy visits because of your staff ? Your people definitely make a difference!GOD'S BLESSINGS!

The 1300 Apalachee Parkway CVS has had an issue with a broken gate in the pharmacy for over a month. The line wrapped all the way from the pharmacy to the greeting cards section. There was only 1- counter open, and that is where all the customers were waiting.

I went there earlier today to put in an order for some pain medicine. The man at the counter told me it’ll be about an hour, I came back a bit after an hour, since I didn’t receive the notification in the past before I. Figured it’ll be effective in person. I ended up waiting here for about 2 hours, the clerk told me probably over 5 times that she has my items and she was just counting them. And the person who seemed like the manager, saw this, she could’ve easily told me hey sir sorry about the inconvenience please come back in a couple of hours, and I’ll make sure that you’re notified when it’s ready, instead she just looked at us and carried on not letting him or me know that it won’t be for hours till I get the order. And I get that since she was a manager she had to stop and help around the store, but if you see a customer with a bad headache, who’s waiting on you, if she indeed was working on them like 3 clerks told me she could’ve gotten it out of the way, if she had more than one order, I feel like at one point she could’ve frontloaded for the person sitting right in front of her for hours. In the future I’ll definitely try contacting the Walgreens across the street and hope for the best in the future, since both cvs’s on Apalachee doesn’t seem to have good customer service from my experience.

One of the best CVS in Tallahassee. The pharmacy staff is so nice and pleasant. They are accurate with their fill times and are so helpful. Thank you all! Sarah and Zoya were great. :)

This CVS is the best! They helped me fill the prescriptions for me and my wife and even if they had an issue, they figured it out. This is our main CVS that we use and I wouldn't go to another one. Best customer service there is in the pharmacy. Highly recommend!

It's okay. They have a nice variety but prices sometimes are higher for convenience

5 Stars for this CVS store. Last week I wanted to return a heating pad that had malfunctioned but CVS was out of stock. Manager on Duty, Lucy reviewed the inbound supply and discovered that the item would arrive Monday of this week. When I arrived today, Wednesday, for the exchange, Lucy had my item held separately from the regular stock and waiting on my arrival. Smooth transition- even exchange. I was on my way in less than a minute. That’s what I call Customer Service. !!!

Every time I come to this pharmacy almost always they don’t have my prescription ready. Have to come back and waste time and gas. YOU HAVE ONE JOB; fill my prescriptions on time.
