If you get Joe it's a 5 star rating. Other This pharmacy is good depending on the person that you get and the day. There are only two people there that are kind and willing to help. The others are rude and inconsiderate. It doesn't matter how kindly I speak with them. They are rude. There is a young pharmacist that is very kind and a man named Joe that is very kind. If you get Joe or the young female pharmacist, it's a 5 star rating. Other otherwise I would give it one star. When you go to the pharmacy and you're not feeling well, and someone is rude to you for no apparent reason you leave feeling even worse. Everyone else that I have dealt with at this pharmacy has been completely rude every time. So I would recommend this pharmacy depending on the day and depending on which person you get.

Worst service ever. Almost all staff was rude to me for no reason and also continued to be rude to me in front of coworkers and other customers. After today I will never use CVS again. For good customer service don't use this cvs. Absolutely worst service I have ever ever received for the pharmacy

They have always been kind and helpful. Even when things are hectic and everyone is busy at the windows and taking phone calls they keep a very professional attitude. I am really thankful to have them as My CVS. Thanks guys ?

The pharmacist (not the pharmacy) at this location is incredibly uncaring and unhelpful. I live on one side of town and work on the exact other. One day I forgot a medication that I take daily and if I don't take it, I begin to feel more and more ill as time passes without my dose. I couldn't leave work and make the over 1-hour round trip to go home and get my medication. I've had this happen a few times before. In the past, I called the nearest CVS and the pharmacist has always been willing to give or sell me a single dose to get me by. There was also one occasion when I was out of town on business, my luggage was lost along with all of my prescription meds and the CVS in the town I was in worked with me to get me the medications I needed until I could get home to replace them. The pharmacist at this location (store number 4478, 3831 N Monroe St, Tallahassee, FL 32303) told me she would not help me out, that forgetting my medication was my problem. She went so far as to say, "if I forget to take my medication, I can't just take a dose off of the shelf". I responded, well if you don't have a prescription here that makes sense, but I do so why is this a problem? Her response was "I'm just not going to do it". I asked, is this due to CVS policy or is this just your policy? She responded, "I don't know what CVS's policy is and I don't care, I'm not going to do it. Perhaps you just need to make sure you plan better in the future". She's right, she doesn't care; her lack of caring and compassion was very evident. I called the pharmacy at Southwood, explained the situation and they transferred the prescription so that they could provide a single dose. However, they told me that SHE WAITED 2 HOURS to transfer the prescription to them. I BELIEVE SHE DID THIS OUT OF SPITE. Once the pharmacy at Southwood finally got the prescription they then provided a single dose which my very caring husband drove all the way over to the opposite side of town so that I would not be sick the entire day. Her name is Denny BTW. There are standards of care that a pharmacist like a doctor are required to abide by. She wouldn't have been breaking any laws or rules by helping me out, she simply did not want to. I contacted CVS Caremark and the state Pharmacy Board with Medical Quality Assurance who all said that what she did was unnecessary, demonstrated a strong lack of compassion for a person with a legitimate and urgent medical need and offered to take my complaint. I will be filing one with both agencies. Meanwhile, do yourselves a favor, get your prescriptions filled elsewhere. There are a number of CVS pharmacies on N. Monroe with very kind and caring people - this woman is not one of them.

Whenever I go out there on this Friday night at 9:58 and it would've taken me one minute to grab what I was coming for and June slam the door shut in my face and I stood out there for at least two or three minutes and she let customer out the door and would not let me in and she close before closing time and I highly disagree with that if anything stay a minute or two past closing time to make sure every customer is happy anyway June is the source of this review. Thanks for treating a neighbor that lives right behind your store very well. LOL

Our easy, right hand turn CVS stop when we are headed home and need something. Easy in and out if you are headed North or headed back into town. Usually well stocked and not too busy. Don't use the pharmacy here so I can't comment on that, but for Coke 12 packs and otc meds they work well.

This is the best one so far. Pharmacy wait is a little long is you come at peak hours. But walk around you can always find a good deal. As for the lady up front she is a sweet but strict by the book on her job. If you get anything like beer or such that warrant a id check expect it. If they dont they can lose there job.

Can't go here anymore. I'm signed up to get text messages when Rx are ready for pickup. I've even started calling them to confirm it's ready. Yet when I come in I have to wait for 15-20. When CVS wants to start paying me my hourly billable rate for the time they waste, then I'll return.

Straight horrible customer service, I swear I go there at least 5 times a week and see the same old white hair lady she asks me for my I'd when I buy beer Everytime. So is the policy to check everyone's I'd even though you have checked it like 100 times. I am 27 yo. With a full beard btw. So I don't look young or anything.

Possibly the most incompetent pharmacy staff in the Tallahassee area. Prescriptions never ready on time, and I've been given the wrong medicine twice!
