I’ve been a faithful CVS customer for a number of years, but no longer. After several mixups, then discovering appropriately ordered and very much needed prescriptions either weren’t ready or delayed without notice, I’m done. Clearly Overwhelmed and overworked pharmacy staff have tried but there are only so many hours in the day. These prescriptions and their refills were ordered in good faith by my doctor, but only work when taken as prescribed. To do that, I must be able to get them on time as promised

Pharmacy ... Empathy. Not in their Vocabulary.

After spending a few hours in the ER because of a flare up of a severely herniated and fissured s1-l5, I went to this CVS for pain meds since they were the only 24 hour pharmacy. I could barely sit up, let alone walk. I stood at the counter of the otherwise empty store and the pharmacist, an older male, just continued milling about in the back. He made eye contact with me, and I waited patiently. After 5-10 minutes, he finally asked if I needed help. Why else would I be at a pharmacy at 1230 in the morning? I handed him the prescription and not 2 seconds later he said they were out of stock. I doubt he even read the prescription slip. He threw the slip back at me before walking away. Rude, inconsiderate, and seemingly indifferent to the suffering of a patient. So much for compassion. I'll never be going back to this branch.

Drive thru can be frustrating. While there are 2 lanes there is not equal handling of who is next. I appreciate the pharmacists help and prefer to go inside now. When I went through this day I was waiting in the 2nd lane quite a while and when the person in the first lane pulled away instead of helping me they helped the next person in the closer lane.

We ve been in this store for the last time. It takes a day and a week to get a simple prescription. I can't believe there is such disorganized procedures with such an important product, no wonder we ALL can't get medicine at a decent price

Usually this location is really good but I was on hold for over 20 minutes and no answer to even say \\\"can you please hold\\\". Hung up and tried calling again later, same story. Though somehow my husband was able to get someone to answer after I had already been on hold?! Meaning you're answering calls at random and not in order of who called first.

It was great I dropped off my prescription and got it in less than 15 minutes

A very convenient place to come for minor medical issues, covid testing, vaccinations…if you can figure out where to go. They really need some clear directions, signs, appointment instructions; it’s a total s***t show. Every time I’ve been here there are at least two people frustrated by the lack of information.

This is my family's go to pharmacy. They are so friendly and patient. They go out of their way to make sure you get your prescription. Highly recommend.

This is my neighborhood CVS pharmacy, and it's a good store. I fill all my prescriptions here and don't need to wait too long. And the drive-through is awesome.

This place has the rudest male pharmacist who is also quite proud of himself. refused to take a transfer from my regular CVS in Killearn which had already been sent by the pharmacist there as they were closing. I had prepaid CVS Killearn already. Easy-Peasy right? No... Mr Weber AKA the Pharmacist Manager stated I did not pay" HIS Store"so I would have to go outside my insurance and pay 5x the price I had already paid to CVS Killearn.Or wait until am and go to Killearn CVS he sneered. Would not even look at my receipt showing I already paid for the medicine online via CVS app. So my senior Citizen self with elevated blood pressure and Parkinsons went without until I could get to Publix in the AM where they are so kind.. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place....

I just want to bring to attention that during these hard times, employees are scarce. With that in mind, I was able to get a vaccine without a struggle. I was thankful for the medical staff there and did not mind waiting an hour after my appointment. That being said, there were a lot of boxes all around the store full of merchandise or empty. This seemed as a safety hazard because they made halls a lot more difficult to navigate. Bathrooms were clean and open.
