ALYSSA NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently received from Alyssa. My experience was nothing short of frustrating due to the unprofessionalism, rudeness, and complete lack of assistance I encountered.
I came in for the NYX brow gel and the NYX brow, laminate and lift.Once I got to self check out, I realized that the NYX brow pencil was ringing the wrong price. As marked on the DISPLAY, it shows $9.99 for both products however, when it was at self check out it rang up $13.49. I went to the manager on duty (Alyssa) and showed her the error. Alyssa stated, even though it says it’s $9.99 on the display, I have to pull out the bottom of the fixture where it shows the “real” price. I asked her would she accommodate me for the inconvenience and Alyssa replied NO!
The issue is not even the price error, it is how the manager on duty Alyssa responded.
From the moment I addressed my concern, the manager (Alyssa) was dismissive and made no genuine effort to provide help or find a resolution. Instead of offering solutions, she responded with a condescending attitude, making it clear that my issue was not a priority. Her tone was unprofessional, and rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or provide any meaningful support, she only added to my frustration.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive assistance when needed. However, this interaction made it evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this establishment. It is incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of basic professionalism from someone in a managerial position.
I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate measures are put in place to ensure that future customers do not endure the same treatment. Customer service should be about providing help and fostering a positive experience, not making customers feel disregarded and disrespected.

This is not where you go if you expect customer service. You will wait forever for service. Watch them help the drive through even though the people in store were waiting long before there was anyone in the drive through. To finally be "helped" by condescending irritated person who seems to believe you are in the way of them completing their job. I am your job. Without customers you would NOT have a job. Basic manners and courtesy go a long way.

Absolutely demented you can no longer speak to a pharmacist by phone. If you wait to speak to the automated service by phone it will only end in prompting you to leave a voicemail. You can never speak to an actual human in the pharmacy. Trash.

Poorly run pharmacy. Pharmaceutical companies make billions of dollars off of us every year, and pharmacists are well-paid for their jobs, but you get treated better at McDonald’s. They’ll say almost anything to get you out of their way. At this point, some government agency needs to step in.

Never just leave the pharmacy when they tell you something isnt approved or ready yet.
Especially if it doesn't seem right according to information you've gotten previously from your medical provider or what it says on the CVS call line or online.
It matters what computer they use.
They welcome you believing them and leaving as it provides them more time to move slowly.
If I know it matters what computer they use, then the workers there certainly do to.
Pathetic and lazy.

The absolute worst customer service due to poor management of pharmacy manager, Ania. Refused to listen to customer needing medication filled 2 days early due to traveling abroad and needed ADD medication. Have flight information and physician wrote on script that is was ok to fill early.

I went through the drive-thru Thursday morning, and I know I was having a great day. But that changed when I had to deal with the blonde pharmacy tech who obviously wasn't having a good morning. I wish and would hope that their cameras worked with audio because her attitude was too distracting for even her to where she didn't remember what she asked and what she just heard. She would remember this situation because I told her, "I hope your morning gets better," as she was on the phone sending out my prescriptions.

The lights in the front of the store need to be fixed. It's a safety issue that needs to be addressed.

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. It’s a nightmare. As a patient and as a prescriber. I work at a prescribers office who periodically has to call in prescriptions to this pharmacy and we always have issues with them. They’re extremely unprofessional as well. As a patient, they take a long time to fill your prescriptions and often times, the staff is rude. Not worth it!

Why didn’t I read the reviews! Critical medications went unordered. For weeks. With calling. And showing up. And the app. It’s inexcusable.

I can't speak to the pharmacy as I only came into the store to get some household items. But the experience I had was wonderful, and the store employee Tina was so incredibly helpful. She went well above and beyond what I've seen from any pharmacy store employee before, which is what prompted this review. I hope she is valued as an employee here as she made my shopping experience so much easier.
