This lady in the photo, Monica, is extremely unpleasant and very poor customer service. Her attitude ruins the entire vibe of the store and I was simply waiting for the minute clinic to open. Beware of this employee.

Pharmacy staff was rude to virtual Dr. taking advantage of college kids. Didn’t run one prescription through insurance. Didn’t offer a generic for another and filled a name brand that was more expensive. Only used this pharmacy because others were closed due to storm. Will never use it again! Wouldn’t even give it one star.

My daughter has the flu. Requested delivery of her medication since she feels awful with fever. Never received delivery and contacted the pharmacy to indicate she never received delivery. My daughter shared with me how she was treated at CVS. I called and requested they reverse the claim and fill and she would drive to the store to get the medication. Pharm D Sajedah Taher, would not and refused and also could not confirm delivery of medication. Reported Pharm D Sajedah Taher and her rude associate that hung up on my daughter trying to get her prescription. Called CVS Caremark and they tried to help to get the medication transferred to another pharmacy and get my daughter her medication. They also reported the Pharm D and also agreed that was unacceptable and unprofessional behavior of this CVS pharmacy on Tennessee Street. My daughter went to Walgreens and stated they could not fill as they didn’t have the transfer so CVS did not transfer as indicated. Should only take a few hours for the transfer. Very disappointed in how these pharmacists and staff are treating these college students that are so sick. They don’t care about these kids and treat them so terribly when they go in to get their prescriptions and have such awful attitudes towards them. I would say they are discriminating against them as this happens way too often to so many students I have heard. All the students want is to get their Rx filled and start feeling better.

Let's make this place worse by stars. I visited with a dog. My dog is a service animal. The guy said no dogs allowed he just just like said that, We said it is service animal. After he didn't say anything. In about 3 minutes he is coming to me and my wife and tell me to get out with the dog. I would argue but you know what I just said not to argue we just show him a paper that says he'll come down. I mean by he could ask for paper first not coming second time. If you have the dogs with you I do not recommend this place definitely. I visited that location at 9:26 p.m. Dec 30. The comedian parties they don't have a sign no animals.

This CVS actually sucks. Do not waste your time or get ur prescriptions sent here. Took me about 10 mins of waiting for someone to talk to me and grab my prescription and as soon as they gave it to me they walked away even thought I was supposed to have a second one. Took a them another 20 minutes to realize I was still waiting there and then couldnt find my prescription of course. So yeah no I’m not getting prescriptions sent here they clearly don’t gaf if u need it or not.

The employees are more worried about their phones and making sure that the customer's only use self check out. No one cares about their job and it shows. I think they where all in Competition to see who could do the least and, it was a tight race

I dont know how this place even has 2 stars. The pharmacist is incredibly rude. There needs to be anger management trainings for the workers who cant control themselves.

this location takes forever to give a prescription and I will sometimes have to wait more than 20 minutes in a drive thru just to pick up a prescription. I had a question as to why my prescription was a bit pricier than usual and Malachi was extremely rude to me in the drive thru and in return I just paid the full price just so he could stop having an attitude. horrible customer service in the pharmacy department.

Christina is an amazing customer service support. She actually speaks to customers and handles conversations better than her supervisor on this day. You should maybe think about switching their roles
