Tried to call to communicate a need for expedited filling of a rx. Calling is useless. Immediate transfer to vm where you may or may not get a call back, ever. Physically went to the pharmacy, in-person, to request filling by 1pm prior to a child leaving for boarding school (ie: won't get the med for a week if it isn't filled prior to leaving). Was told, "Sure, will be filled by 1pm." I get there at 12:55pm. Immediately get stuck in the drive through that has no escape from the line behind ONE car in line. At 1:15, I finally make it to the window where I'm told just a second where I then see them scurring around trying to fill it. I wait until the absolute latest minute and can't get anyone's attention, so I have to leave. Zero customer service. Child ALMOST missed the bus and won't have meds for at least a week.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. If you are out of a medicine that sick children need in a timely manner, the solution is not to gatekeep the prescription and provide zero guidance on how to obtain it quicker. Absolutely zero help in locating another pharmacy that had one. Walmart less than 0.1 miles away had it in stock after being told no one around had it. Went back to ask that it be sent and instead was spoken to condescendingly and the pharmacist attempted to intimidate me by just standing and staring at me out the window. Should really question why you’re in the pharmacy profession if you are cannot be the least bit bothered to attempt to provide sick children with the necessary medicine they need. Don’t gatekeep my child’s prescription. It is mine to take to any pharmacy I choose. You can bet we will never take another prescription to this location!

I was a CVS customer for 8 yrs but not anymore. I was standing at the front register and the black female cashier was standing a few feet away but didn't acknowledge I was there. After a few minutes, I asked her if someone could check me out. She rudely informed me she was busy. I asked if someone else could help me. She rudely told me to wait. I asked her how long? She was very rude again. So I walked to the pharmacy & asked to speak to the mgr. He was no better. I reported all this to CVS hotline. CVS your lack of training for people who represent your store has just cost you a multi-year customer forever. I have friends of many races and I'm not a racist, as the manager told me I was before he ordered me out of the store. It's all on CVS cameras. All I wanted to do was pay at the register and I was very nice about my long wait, as proven by the cameras. Goodbye CVS.

Simple elementary customer service. I accidentally left an item at the self checkout. I was told very briefly like I was a problem "hold please" at 6 PM today 4/29/24. I waited at home for about ten minutes of being on hold.. crickets. So drove to the CVS while still on hold. The CS person was on personal cell while I told her I was put in hold by you. She acted shocked. Got my item and left. Guess Walgreens near by it is. Jeez 1000s of dollars down the years. Disappointed sadly. Personal cell cold busted by customer is either no screening or lack of good training IMO /rant

It's a bit annoying how long I have to wait to be helped. They don't usually have more than one or two cashiers/sales associates on the floor. Their self checkout machines glitch often as well.

I have been coming here for years with a positive experience, however, that definitely was not the case the past several times I visited this store. There are several issues with their cvs pharmacy team, and I highly encourage their district team look into it. I am not sure I will ever be back after today, and I am an extremely forgiving and understanding customer. Sadly, this is my first negative review.

When making a return and the cashier wants to argue with you that the parts aren’t included.. went to return this light bar for not having the bottom part that makes it stand as well and blinking without stopping and was told it’s a light bar and doesn’t have the bottom.. how else does it stand up? Do your research; hire better employees and or managers. This comment wasn’t needed especially since I just dispelled it. F for fail CVS

Put in a same day photo order online. We were notified it would be complete by 345pm. When we came to pick it up much later that evening, the employee acknowledged that she saw our order come through earlier in the day but informed us that their photo center had been down for multiple days. There was no update online, and no one contacted us to let us know our order could not be fulfilled. I ordered a framed print for my MILs birthday that I was never able to give her because our order was ignored. I would have sent it to a different cvs had I known. We finally were able to pick up our same day pick up order today (4 days later), and there was a piece missing from the frame so I'll have to go back.

I’m in here once a week, and everyone is always nice- not sure about the negative reviews…
