1875 Capital Cir NE CVS . Photos are always great. Very easy to get any kind of help with searching or advice. Many years a customer there with the pharmacy also. Highly recommend this store.

Your phone system is terrible, the only option is to leave a voice mail and wait? Un acceptable. Pharmacy and pharmaceutical companies make more than enough to have someone answering phones.

Pharmacy staff did knowingly lie to cover own incompetence, was unaware that I manage for the prescribing physician and could see in the EMR precisely what the doctor sent, when it was received, and what the associated instructions were, along with timestamps. Inexcusably unprofessional and slow.
Will lie to you with a smile. Whoever is mismanaging this into the dirt needs to be removed, and the staff retrained/weeded out/replaced.

Young lady working the drive thru this afternoon was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional! As a regular customer, I'm not accustomed to this and definitely don't like it!

Hey 6 year pharmacy manager here I know this store is a tuff one Miss Tiffany S is the one you wanna ask for, she gave me just the right amount of attitude until she understood my issue then was more then helpful. I've worked in pharmacy for years and I know a good tech when I see one!

Best pharmacy experience ever. Would give 6+ stars if that rating was an option. Funny, friendly staff, great drugs. One pharmacy cashier opened two registers to expedite service.

Trying to get a hold of somebody in the pharmacy about a new prescription I’d rather go to a dentist. I will be changing to Publix or Walmart. Very dissatisfied with the customer service that I received. When somebody tells me well that’s the way it is that’s the way the company wants it when I’m trying to call and can’t get through, if it had a 00 on here to give a rating

This CVS is absolutely negligent. The doctor prescribed a ten-day course of antibiotics for my five-year-old child, but this CVS gave us an insufficient amount. We strictly followed the dosage instructions, using a syringe to measure and administer the medication, but it just wasn’t enough. We called the doctor, who instructed us to get the remaining medication from CVS, but they refused to provide it. Not only did they fail to acknowledge their mistake, but they also showed no compassion. My child is only five years old, and now, after taking antibiotics for seven days with three days remaining to complete the treatment, stopping the medication means that the previous treatment was wasted, and the bacteria in his body could develop resistance. This pharmacy is not helping people; instead, it harms and endangers them.

Expect to wait minimum 30 minutes each time you pick up a prescription. They have no sense of urgency. All they do is chat and gossip.

The drive-thru window for the pharmacy has been down for months. That's ridiculous

CVS 1805 Cap Cir NE Tallahassee is a clean and welcoming store. The employees greet you and help find products. They tell you about savings. Competitive pricing. Easy to gain entrance. Look for Horace and Allen. Very patient.

I really wanted to like this CVS location because it’s so conveniently located to me since I moved to this side of town, but both the pharmacy and store are absolute garbage. That said, the front of store employees are consistently great and helpful but the store is clearly not managed well. The pharmacy has been consistently a dumpster fire for the last couple of years, including the rank and file employees/techs who will literally stand at a register gossiping with other employees about personal things, completely ignoring a line full of people trying to pick up prescriptions.

DO NOT use CVS app OR website OR call store directly and use automated phone service to refill a prescription here because it will not be filled! You MUST call and talk to an actual pharmacy tech (although you may wait on hold for 30+ mins.) or go in-store in person. Didn't used to have this problem here but have had several issues with this CVS over last several months.

Husband and I just got over being ill. I was still kinda weak. I stopped into CVS to pick up several new toothbrushes. Prices are always higher at CVS but the svc was there. Now, no cashiers, I have to check myself out. I'm standing there paying almost $5 per toothbrush, having to cash myself out. First, 2 toothbrushes wouldn't scan, then I had trouble with my card in the machine. Then the system wouldn't move forward and I had to find someone to help me. Meantime, I'm a bit weak and I'm having to stand there jungling my purse, my wallet and credit card. No place to set anything down. At these prices, I'm not doing the stores job while they layoff employees. No more spending money at CVS. I can check myself out for half the price at Walmart.
