Waited for 30mins because they forgot I had an appointment. Showed up on time and checked in. Had I not said anything I would probably still be waiting.

As always, I found everything I needed so quickly! CVS never has a wait like the grocery stores and everything is so organized and in stock. This is my favorite CVS store, always clean and staff always so helpful!

Dysfunctional/unprofessional! Despite having a full staff of about 6 or 7 assistants and at least 2 pharmacists on duty, was hours to wait for a prescription. Then, they gave my wife the WRONG medication for her corneal infection—it was the right medication on the label, but a different l/wrong medication in the box. When I drove all the way back, having gone home after original pickup (assuming that they were professionals and knew what they were doing), and notified them of their error, the pharmacist literally accused me of switching out the medication!! OUTRAGEOUS!! Then, while I waited another 45(?) minutes for them to correct their mistake, I got to listen to both pharmacists denying any wrongdoing

I have always had wonderful experiences here. The pharmacists are polite, as are those who work in the main part of the store.

The only worst pharmacy on the planet is the one from "It's a Wonderful Life" - and that's just because that one will kill you.
They are slow, the staff are mostly rude, and they are dreadfully understaffed. Just had surgery today at 10 am and the doctor stressed how important it is to regularly take pain meds - it's easier to keep it at bay than get it to go away.
CVS said half an hour when we stopped in. An hour went by, called. They were rude on the phone, even when we said what the concern was and said it'll be after 2pm...
I guess this is what we got when we let the convenience of big retail pharmacy destroy ma and pop shops... They have almost no competition and horrible attitudes.

WARNING! Go to a different pharmacy! ... Before you get started hiring the most flawed business you can imagine! This pharmacy is one of the most dysfunctional and ridiculously shorthanded pharmacies ever! Their voicemail needs an overhaul! It's next to impossible to get a hold of anyone every time you call in. They need to hire more people and they need to change their voicemail. The app is ridiculous. Listen pharmacy
owner and pharmacists...you need to get a grip because you're going to continue to lose customers and I know you don't care because you already make a fortune. We are switching to another pharmacy immediately because of this broken business!
When you pick up a prescription... they mumble the amount and you can't hear the charge. They never tell you ahead of time what the cost is going to be! The Pharmacist
says they let you know the cost when you call ahead... no they don't! My husband is hearing impaired and didn't understand what the girl was saying at the window (she was mumbling). So he signed, but thought the charge was different. The print is so small, you can't read the receipt.
They tell you to call in and they get the prescriptions all mixed up and put extra prescriptions in the package that you never asked for ...even if you call ahead! After they make the mistakes, they charge you for it anyway and say that they can't take prescriptions back! What a scam! Even if it is the law, it's a good fall back so they don't have to except returns... even when THEY make a mistake on the price!
Don't even try to give them a chance and waste your valuable time!
RUN! Try the compound pharmacies... they're much more efficient ... you may have to drive a little further... but it's worth it!

You really should tell customers ordering prescriptions on the CVS app will trigger a 24-hour hold on the medication.Why would CVS encourage its customers to use an app and a process that is NOT convenient? Why would anyone think waiting 24-hour for vital medications is ANYTHING ANYBODY would want at ANY TIME.Now I have to drive all the way back across town after I get off from work. A total of 7 hours after I ordered my medication on their INCONVENIENT app.
