You really should tell customers ordering prescriptions on the CVS app will trigger a 24-hour hold on the medication.Why would CVS encourage its customers to use an app and a process that is NOT convenient? Why would anyone think waiting 24-hour for vital medications is ANYTHING ANYBODY would want at ANY TIME.Now I have to drive all the way back across town after I get off from work. A total of 7 hours after I ordered my medication on their INCONVENIENT app.

I made an appointment for two vaccines. Now waiting over an hour for my appointment. This has happened before, wish I had a different pharmacy with my insurance. Publix and target are much better. Also, the pharmacy staff are mostly rude, save for a couple of nice ones. They need to do better!

Extremely rude, unprofessional and have an adversarial attitude towards customers. Went through the drive through to pick up two prescriptions and waited a few minutes only to notice that there was a hand written note taped on the window stating that the drive through didn’t work and to come inside. I didn’t notice the sign at first because my car sits low. So I parked and went inside and as I got to the counter I noticed the staff, about 5 of them standing inside all looking at me. As I got to the counter one of them said we’re closed for lunch and immediately punched the button closing the drop down security mesh in front of me. They were all looking at me with grins on their faces. Uncalled for! Screwing with the customers for their entertainment!

The Pharmacy is not well run. Customer service seems to be a low priority. There is often a line that creeps along. OK, establishments get busy. However, there have been times when I walked up to the counter and no one serviced me for three of four minutes. I just stand there. Behind the counter there are several people running around looking very preoccupied.

I am less than impressed with customer service provided through this pharmacy. The lack of professionalism and kindness when talking to customers is absolutely unnecessary. I came in this evening to get a prescription for my son. I waited in line at the pharmacy Drive-thru only to approach the window at 7:02 with a sign saying they were closed. I saw other customers being helped inside so I decided to try walking in. I did not check the hours so I did not realize they close at 7:00. When I came in I was greeted by a very passive agressive, unfriendly, and what seemed to me as an annoyed employee. She let it become very known they were closed. I am understanding of hours of operation and I do understand that I did walk in 4 minutes past close. I am fine with coming back during business hours. I just hope that when I do, I am greeted by a much kinder employee.

I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years with hardly any problems. In the last year I and my family are having problems getting the prescriptions. They are out it! In the last four months, I went across town to another CVS to get a particular prescription. Sometimes I must wait days to get an antibiotic. When doctors prescribe, we need prompt dispensing. I may have to move to another pharmacy, even if less convenient at least more dependable.

I switched to this CVS pharmacy after trying another one that was not helpful at all. After my most recent refill at this CVS I've decided that CVS system and a lot of their staff are not geared to help the customer at all. They make it so difficult to get the simplest prescription filled. The young twerp at the counter told me I could not get my refill after the lady earlier told me to come back in an hour. He said it had to be ordered after I had already ordered it weeks earlier. I had to beg him to ask someone in the pharmacy for my drug, which I knew they had. After they filled it he rang it up without so much as a thank you, sorry for the confusion, nothing but attitude. NEVER AGAIN. I closed down my CVS account and transferred to WALGREENS as soon as I got home.

Would rate less than 1 star if possible. This place is a joke. Was forced to use this pharmacy, for 4 years, due to my insurance provider. Nothing was ever easy here. So many mistakes were made. I kept having the same issues over and over again. Oh, and they’ll always blame your insurance or your doctor for their mistakes. Avoid this location if it’s at all possible.

Awful awful location. I went up to try and get a covid test. I'm going to attach a few photos from the drive-thru at this location. None of the original mechanisms work at the drive-thru and they have some kind of little white box that looks like it's from the 1980s duct tape to the wall. You can barely hear every third word coming out of the person's mouth from inside. Then the covid test takes 3 Days to Come Back. What is the use of that? I need to know if I have it or not now. The people in the pharmacy couldn't figure out how to work my insurance card or didn't seem like anybody knew how to administer the covid-19 test. Save your time go to patients first it's free there too and they actually know what they're doing.
