Went today around 1130 am to just drop off my prescription. I was told they closed at two and were super backed up. I told her that was no issue at all, I didn’t need it today, just wanted to get it dropped off. Then she said if I gave her my prescription it would sit in a pile until tomorrow when some got to it and again asked if I had to drop it off. Not what I expect when I go to order meds I NEED. I’m okay with waiting 2-3 days to get them but I drove all the way there to just drop off my prescription and to basically be told I couldn’t, and made to feel like I was doing something wrong by inconveniencing her. Unreal.

I wanted to purchase a milano
melon color 02 concealer and a Loreal True Match C4 I approached the store cash registers and made a line to pay but when i asked assistant names MC Kaira and asked if she could tell me the price and she told me she could not that I needed to exit the line and scan it myself. Very unprofessional.

Store usually only has one employee, who is a delightful lady. She is lovely, but she desperately needs more help working there.

My daughter needs a sports physical and we were advised this location offers this service. She was unaware that her last physical had expired so this was a last minute thing. After traveling 19 miles to get to this location, we were told by an associate named Nick at 5:21 they were closed. Ok no problem however, the posted hours indicate closing time is 6:00 PM. Nick was asked what was the price of the physical his reply was “The prices are on google.” I still haven’t found an exact price. I’m not sure who trains these people but they need to start over. Why work in an environment that requires you to assist consumers if you really do have a passion for assisting consumers. If he was unaware of the service price, that’s understandable however, common courtesy would have been to at least try to get a price.

I recommend my CVS at Killearn. They have been truly good at responding to me, handling issues, getting a pharmacist on the phone and are kind and smart.

Pharmacy staff was rude and unhelpful. Refused to call another pharmacy to see if the Rx they were out of was in stock. Also, very inconvenient that all CVS's close between 1:30 and 2pm. Seems like it would be more customer friendly to simply schedule lunchbreaks.

Cannot speak higher of Mrs. Wanda PAY HER MORE!! I came on my lunch break for passport photos and she is single handed my running the entire store and doing it amazingly.
