Pharmacy staff was rude and unhelpful. Refused to call another pharmacy to see if the Rx they were out of was in stock. Also, very inconvenient that all CVS's close between 1:30 and 2pm. Seems like it would be more customer friendly to simply schedule lunchbreaks.

Someone waiting in the drive through for over 20 mins is unacceptable. I need to switch pharmacies!

Miss Wanda is the most amazing person! She went out of her way to help and truly is the best CVS employee I have ever met.

The pharmacy staff are all incredibly kind, non-judgmental and efficient at what they do. The two pharmacists, beautiful and wonderful ladies, have made my experience with them quick and painless. Thank you

I use to love this place but the pharmacy has so much turnover with less friendly staff and notices that prescriptions were ready were not, causing needless trips. They're unable to keep staff, continuously in OJT (training) with higher level of mistakes.

CVS store up front is run well; however, the pharmacy has more turnover in personnel than their competitors. When you develop a relation with a pharmacy technician, it's a satisfying experience; but with so much turnover and on-the-job training for new employees, overall customer experience has declined. Also, they have cut back their hours of operation. I need a pharmacy that's at least open to 9pm.Time to look elsewhere.

I have gone to this store since 2004 when I moved nearby. They were so helpful at that time. They have become less and less helpful and more and more terse and abrupt (especially at the front counter). I tend to take everything to the back now and THEY don't want to be working a register with coupons, etc. It does well with prescriptions pretty well, but they gave me one last month that had been discontinued (90 days in 30 day bottles factory sealed). I tried to return them to even donate them to someone who may need them and they would not take them. I resented being treated like a common criminal. There are very few competent people there in the front or back of the store.

Stephanie helps me out a lot with coupons so I can afford my prescriptions, only reason I didn’t rate this place 1 is because of her.

I came in to print photos today and the screen needs recalibration. It’s a frustrating experience as a customer to use technology that’s great in concept but poorly executed when pressing the same buttons multiple times. The team was nice and helped me a few times through the process. I’m thankful they knew how to make things work properly. I work in technology and I’m no dummy when it comes to this topic, I can’t imagine what it’s like for people who aren’t savvy.Ashanti and Bianca were very helpful. I’m happy they could print for me right away.As far as presentation goes, the store feels cluttered and messy. It’s overwhelming to come into a space where every surface is covered. CX training would be a positive thing too.

I was rudely assisted by Waynesha today. I checked out at the counter oppose to the kiosk because I had Nyquil and it would require age verification. When I approached the counter she was on her cell phone with her back facing the counter. There was no pleasant greeting only do you have a card or number. Then when I pointed out that my coupon did not ring up she tried to insist I didn't purchase the correct amount. I quickly explained to her that I did and showed her the coupon again. She couldn't figure it out so she finally called a manager. The manager stated that another coupon offer might be stopping it. So we separated the two items that the coupon applied to. So after ringing the items back up the coupon offer still would not work. She seemed frustrated and confused and wanted me to just check out without my $4 savings. I again showed her my coupon offer, which is the very reason I went to the store, CVS, in the first place. I finally asked her to call her manager and once her manager arrived she explained how to apply the coupon. Neither one of them apologized but Waynesha hastily slung my receipt to me and then she must have clocked out because she beat me out the door. I have been to numerous CVS but this is the worst I have been treated. I am an ExtraBucks customer and everything. Do yourself a favor and avoid this unfriendly and rude store.
