Showed to at 8:02 and store waited and someone sloppily dressed walked up at 8:05 and opened door and told me to wait. Finally get in for passport photo and was informed camera doesn’t work.

This location is the worst, so needless to say I will no longer shop at this location or pharmacy. One of the employees who is always at the pharmacy drive thru showed annoyance and acted as though I was inconveniencing him by requesting my meds!!! Today’s final straw was when I called in medicine and the employee confirmed it was there… upon arrival to pick it up it magically disappeared (which they were supposed to be holding it in the first place!)
I’ve never been so appalled! You may want to go to another location where you are treated with respect… I know I will. Yes, I have a voice and this is me standing up for myself! You don’t have to like me but you will respect me.
PS, I just read others reviews and I’m even more appalled! What gives this location the right to treat people poorly?? As my Grandmother once said: everyone CANT tell the same lie! What goes around comes back around, so be careful how you treat people that are already suffering! Instant Karma is real! Shame, shame, shame foreal :( #Disgusting!

Horrible pharmacy. Needed Advil Cold and sinus gave her license. She says in nasty attitude are you from out of town well what does my license say. Yes I am. I’m on vacation. I guess I’m a math dealer now. What a B.

I have been coming here picking up my prescription for years and every time I come I have to wait over 30 minutes and my prescription supposed to be already filled . This is the most poorest place I ever seen in my life. I got to change my pharmacy.

I went to get my son's prescription filled He was very sick. I had to wait at least 20 minutes because the pharmacist was giving COVID shots. I finally had to walk over and ask her to sign off on this prescription because my son was sick which was under the age of six. She gave me the dirtiest look went over shook it signed off on it went back to giving shots. This tells you what the company stands for. More worried about making money off of shots and they are about their patients being sick.

It's one of the worst CVSs in town. Horrible experience, especially with the pharmacy staff. I passed by to get my prescription, and it was 12:30. The lady started to shout out that they closed at 1:30 p.m., and my medication is not ready for pickup. I really didn't know what's the issue was. Is it because a break time or the medication is not ready. I came by once again and didn't get the medicine. I will definitely choose another one next time!!!

10 minutes after 8am and not one person in the store. Hours posted say they open at 8am.... Had to go to Walgreens across the street, they were actually open.

Two months ago I moved my only RX from Oak Valley Publix (where we shop) to this CVS for one reason: Customer Service. The Pharmacy Clerks here are friendly and polite!

I moved all of my prescriptions today, after using this pharmacy for years. The service has dwindled, new faces show more care for laughing with coworkers than serving customers (yesterday's experience). I received a new prescription and the pharmacy made the process of getting it filled very difficult - long hold times on the phone (this was not something their automated system could answer) and I even got hung up on after being on hold because when 1:30 hits, it's lunch no matter what. I was not given clear information and was bounced back and forth between pharmacy and doctor. And this is for an anxiety/depression medication - making it hard and being RUDE is not going to help the customer or the pharmacy. You should have care and understanding for customers, especially when you deal with such important aspects of our lives, shame on you.

Really poor customer service. They are probably under staffed and can't get to the phones properly. Was on hold for 15 minutes before I got a person then was told my script wouldn't be ready until 8pm when I asked if it could be ready sooner they said 6 pm, honestly wouldn't come here if walgreens took my insurance.
