I'm changing my original review for the sake of the pharmacy techs that are actually helpful and kind at this location. The one and only star goes to them, thank you. It's a shame this location is being dragged down by awfully rude pharmacists that should honestly find another profession because they lack compassion and clearly cannot stand people. I called one single other cvs location and was assisted in tracking down my medication immediately. Something I have been fighting with this cvs location for help with for months now.This location still tried screwing me over when that location was helping me by telling them I picked up the generic version of my medicine already this month when that's ridiculous and I hadn't because I've told them a million times to stop trying to give me the generic because I don't react well to it. I've even had my Dr's office specify that I need the brand and they still try to give me the generic. They're going to kill someone at this location I just know it. My dad has picked up his medicine here before and when he got home the bottle in the bag had someone else's name on it and while it was the same medication the dosage was different so be careful and check that your medication is correct. Something else this location likes to do that is a recipe for mistakes is one tech working two registers at once trying to check two people out at a time. It's not faster and they're going to end up messing up. This location used to be great until Jim retired, I'm so happy for him but it's a real shame how far down the drain careless pharmacists have put this cvs.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with! No one picks up the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes. I use another pharmacy in town (five stars!), but my Covid prescription had to be transferred to CVS because CVS has an exclusive deal to dispense the drug my primary ordered. I have no choice but to deal with CVS. Do better, CVS or don’t make exclusive deals that involve extremely sick customers!

This CVS 24 hour pharmacy is by far the nastiest and the drive thru is so dirty I doubt anyone has cleaned it in years. I’m sure many people who are too sick to come inside use the drive thru so you would think they would sanitize and clean it on a daily basis. Dead bugs everywhere and everything is filthy dirty. Shame on you CVS.

Most of the folks in front of store are fine. I quit going here for a long time because of one older lady ( who may have chronic bra pain that's a clue to who she is ) was so rude to us that I couldn't keep a civil tongue in my mouth and sassed her back. I'm sure if you ask other workers they can tell you who she is. She fusses at customers for stupid stuff and has the patience of a gnat. I know, put her back in the stellar pharmacy she will fit in fine. I went back recently and she is still there and still fussing. She was in another fight with a customer. I don't get it. I don't.

Asked the older Asian dude in the back where something was. There was literally no other customers. Dude said to “Ask front staff” and then continued having a conversation with his other coworker, who was equally useless.

Got there at 1:29 to pick up a prescription. I was behind a lady who was being check out. I was shut off because they are closed for lunch break at "1:30". Yet I'm the only one in line... 10/10 Customer Service

The pharmacy is completely rude. I got turned away with a prescription because I wasn’t a patient of that specific locations CVS, even though they have the medication in stock and I’m a member of CVS. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Never had a good experience. Called today to ask about a prescription and couldn’t even finish my sentence before the rude person at the pharmacy cut me off to tell me they don’t have it and wouldn’t even let me finish asking my questions. Horrible. Every single time I have to deal these people they’re the most unprofessional and careless jerks. For as long as the store has been standing. Like it’s a qualification for being employed there.

Drive thru can be frustrating. While there are 2 lanes there is not equal handling of who is next. I appreciate the pharmacists help and prefer to go inside now. When I went through this day I was waiting in the 2nd lane quite a while and when the person in the first lane pulled away instead of helping me they helped the next person in the closer lane.

Got the flu vaccine here. It’s convenient. But protocol is to not only verify the patient but the vaccine type/name/purpose. They administer a lot of different ones at this location. When I asked for clarification the pharmacy or immunization tech acted insulted and condescending. I’m not out to hurt feelings…just uphold patient safety, especially my own. There are also major contraindications for some injections. Might need retraining and emphasis. The guy was also late…without any sorry.
