Absolutely Horrendous customer service from this pharmacy! Virtually every time I come to this pharmacy, I have a problem, and it’s always their fault. And they show zero respect towards the customer. They never apologize or show any compassion to the customer when they are slow, ignore you, or make a mistake. Word to the wise: Don’t use this pharmacy unless you absolutely have to!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU DONT HAVE TO! - This CVS is convenient where I live and I love the manager , he is such a delight and is always trying to provide the best customer service HOWEVER: the Pharmacy is its own animal! The female pharmacist with long brown hair has no business being in a position where she is dealing with the general public, but also by all accounts should have some level of compassion for their customers/patients. People dont go to the pharmacy because we are feeling well or are without some kind of ailment, yet she treats you like you are an absolute burden to her and cant be bothered, she acts like your questions are stupid and houses ZERO empathy or compassion for peoples situation. WALMART has FAR SUPERIOR pharmacy customer service. I have also witnessed this pharmacist treat other people with the same distain so its not just me. I dont know her name nor do I care to know her name but she is incredibly rude and needs to go work at a hospital pharmacy where she is only dealing with Nurses and Doctors and not the general public I GIVE HER ZERO STARS!!! I noticed the really nice guy that used to work there is gone ( I dont blame him) ......

Every one appears to hate their job and even further hate dealing with the public

I was in this Pharmacy and the the person name Page was very unprofessional and rude. I was waiting for 30 minutes because she miss spelling my name incorrectly. She was rushing the process and told me that she will be closing in 5 minutes that she need me to pay eve though my insurance was active and she was so unprofessional she was speaking bad to her coworkers. I am very sad that people like this don’t take care of the customers the write way. If you don’t love what you do don’t work in there just for our money.

Another year, another terrible experience at this CVS.
I love CVS. I use the one at Fred George Road, I use the one in Quincy FL, I use them all over the country. Everytime I visit the CVS at Oak Valley I am met with a new low. No one greets you. No one helps you find what your are looking for. No one is working a cash register. I tried to self check out and the kiosk was not working. Once I was way beyond frustrated the young woman who I suppose was supposed to have been working a cash register decided to "help" me and lecture me on my patience and attitude. As she is not working customer service or a register she should probably just be fired. It was fine. I purchased the three pairs of reading glasses at Publix across the street but not before having a rather nashty confrontation with the young woman because she called me back into the store and decided to lecture me on my attitude and how it was not appropriate for me do be angry with her. The customer service at this location has been terrible since it was opened. I don't know how it remains open. My advice, order through instacart or go to Fred George Road if you need a drug store. This location is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a CVS anywhere and it has been terrible for years.

This pharmacy is unbelievable! I sent my daughter to fill my prescription after I left ER and the tech said it would be ready in 30 min. When she went back the tech stated they didn’t have the prescription available at store. I’m lost for words because why did she have her wait when she never checked to begin with. I told my daughter to just get the script back and go to another pharmacy. The tech started being very rude and asked if we needed what they did have I said no. Being ill is enough the pharmacy should try to be more considerate and professional.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. If I could give this ZERO stars I would. Staff is unwilling to help, and impatient. Lori does not care to help and is only punching the clock until quitting time. Lori assisted me in my pickup but acted like I was a burden and like she did not want to help. I asked her a question and she mumbled under her mask and shrugged me off. When I got to my car, I did the research myself and found that she didn’t even care to find an answer to my question, she just wanted to get me checked out and away from being a bother as quickly as possible. I went back inside to address the issue and she then told me that they could not assist me with my request because I had already checked out. This pharmacy has terrible customer service and they don’t care about you. Go to another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is an actual dumpster fire. Three times I went there in the last week and the pharmacy isn’t actually open on time. When I finally managed to be there while it was staffed, they didn’t have my meds. No record of the prescription I’d dropped off. Thanks a lot, clowns.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy in Tallahassee. Trying to schedule a COVID vaccine appointment online is a nightmare, and of course they won't allow you to make an appointment at the counter.

I used their CVS photo service today and it was done on time. Photos turned out great and the gentleman who assisted me at the front was very polite and sweet.

I purchased a gallon jug of aloe vera. I kind of ignored it being darker than the ones I usually purchase and I did drink some. I decided to drink it again the next day and thought I'd look at the date and discovered that it expired or best used by February 2002 (FYI). It was purchased one day ago. That place it a little over a year expired.
