The staff (front desk and service) were all super friendly and helpful. The service (tire rotation and oil change) was quick and the add-on of patching a tire that had a nail in it did not add much time either. The waiting area was actually super comfortable (I enjoyed being able to get a little work done while I waited).

Checked out their website for a variety of cars I was interested in and clicked on a few for more information. I got a phone call the next day and talked to Pedro and a follow-up call from his manager and went to see the cars. I had decided on which model I wanted before I got there and Pedro asked me about what I would like and features etc. I wasn't expecting them to have it on the lot but I wasn't in a hurry and could order it if necessary but he took me to the EXACT car with all the features and MORE. Test drive and a couple of hours later I drove off in my new maxed-out Equinox. Very pleased with the whole staff there, they made an awesome experience, would HIGHLY recommend it. Give Pedro a call, you won't be disappointed.

Bought my truck from this dealership. My first couple of experiences with the service department were great. Then my son's equinox had an issue and it was covered by warranty. However the service advisor would not communicate and would not even return phone calls to find out the status. Then took my truck in for an oil change and had an appointment. 30 minutes later after sitting in line and people who got there after I did that were taken care of before me I was told an oil change would take at least 2 hours because of the "chaos".

Hands down the BEST dealership in town!! This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased here and will definitely be back when I’m ready for another upgrade. Hamzah even drove across town to get paperwork signed by my ex husband so I didn’t have to deal with him. Major shoutout to Hamzah, Julius, Angie, Andrew for all their help!!

Expectations exceeded on every level! In a day and age when basic service has gone by the wayside, and a follow-up is a thing of the past, Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet maintains the bar of excellence. Beginning the first time we contacted them, all the way through to delivery, and into the first scheduled service for our 2023 C8 Stingray Corvette... this dealership has exceeded every expectation we have had. Thanks to Barbie for the inside information that helped us decide to become part of their Chevrolet family, and to Damon for making sure the purchase and delivery experience was epically and flawlessly seamless, and to Mark in the service department for going that extra mile.. every time! We'll be talking with them again when it's time for another vehicle.. and you should too!!

I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. While I haven't purchased a vehicle from here, I did visit to look at a few vehicles that caught my attention online. Most dealerships have judged and immediately ignored me but the employees here were the most helpful in showing me the cars that I spotted online. Didn't try to hassle or pressure me. Got the keys to the cars that I wanted to look at, gave me a business card, and I was on my way. Will update my post if I decide to proceed and purchase a vehicle from here.

Not the most communicative service department or fully open about things IMO. Called to see the approximate price of a oil change/tire rotation and was given an approximate price; made an appointment and showed up and the estimate $30 more than the price quoted on the phone; then when I checked out it was approx $5.00 more than the estimate. Not very open and honest IMO. When I brought this up to the advisor, all he could say was "sorry someone lied to you, please insert your card here".Also, showed up early for my appointment and asked if it was ok or did I need to come back and was assured no big deal, they could get me back right away. That did not happen either and waited way longer than necessary; service advisor seemed more intent on upselling additional services and trying to tell me things needed replaced that had just been replaced / done. Overall, would not recommend this service department as they do not keep you in the loop (had to go find my advisor after the car was done so I could leave), they do not apparently care about people lying to you about prices and they go over estimates without informing you prior, and they are intent on upselling. Not to mention their price for a basic oil change & tire rotation is $40-$50 more than any other Chevy dealership.

Ham had a very honest personality, not like the typical car salesman. He listens and gives you the best deal to meet your financial needs. I would recommend him and I will be coming back to purchase another car in the future for my daughter.

I can’t say enough good things. From start to finish our experience was easy. Most was done via text which was wonderful for myHusband and I since we stay so busy. They understood our needs and helped us find exactly what we needed. We shopped other dealerships and no one has the inventory like Dale. Mauricio, Rio, was super respectful and really responsive. He didn’t push us or make us feel pressured. We are so pleased with our experience!! Thank you ?

This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I had heard all sorts of horror stories about how car salesmen will pressure you into buying something you don't need. That was not my experience at all when I visited last weekend. I was nervous and overwhelmed beyond description, but my Sales Consultant, Brendan, went above and beyond to answer all my questions and genuinely seemed to have my best interest in mind.Brendan patiently helped me understand the car buying process and find the ideal vehicle that balanced my needs and wants. Despite the ridiculous heat, he remained enthusiastic the entire time as I asked a million and one questions about all the features my 2001 Ford couldn't even dream of. He really worked to understand what I was looking for and successfully found my dream vehicle.My praise doesn't stop with Brendan, either. He went out of his way to introduce me to the other members of Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly, more than willing to help with anything I could dream of. Altogether, I couldn't be happier with my car buying experience and the selection was excellent. I would both recommend this dealership and Brendan if you are looking for a new Chevy anytime soon.

I have purchased two vehicles from Jase Kimminsk at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet in Tallahassee this year. Jase is excellent and has built a great relationship with me. Yesterday he found the perfect used truck for me. I highly recommend Jase for anyone searching for a new vehicle.

They have predatory dealer added perks on a new vehicle we looked at that are almost 20% of the vehicle's MSRP. They wouldn't negotiate at all, wouldn't sell us a new vehicle without these options, gave us some high pressure sales tactics about how the car might not be available if we ordered brand new from the factory at MSRP (which they didn't really confirm we could even do even though I think we probably can). Didn't seem to care if we financed through them or not. We were ready to walk in the door and buy a new car that evening - or a brand new one from the factory without the add ones - but we're put off by the sales tactics. I liked our sales guy too so that sucks for everyone. $2500 for a ceramic coat?$400 for door trim?$200 for nitrogen in the tires?And a variety of stuff that's not needed and adds $5k on your otherwise doable car? No thanks.
