I have been with State Farm for some time, but was not satisfied with the level of communication I was receiving from my last agent (took weeks to respond to questions, even after multiple attempts). I recently transferred all of our family's policies over to Tina W. at David Williams' office, and I could not be happier! Tina is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Not only did she handle the transfer of our current policies, but provided a quick quote for property insurance for a new investment property, and an affordable life insurance policy for our son (last agent's quotes were 5x as much and no other options were provided).
