My experience was horrible. The attendant seemed so disinterested in the appointment. She did not create a great experience and rushed us during the appointment. Never did they ask anything about the wedding, my vision or likes for the wedding dress. They didn’t have any of the favorites that I had selected on the David’s bridal app before the appointment to be prepared. We did not get any help with the dresses and even when asked to help get snatched or to close the back to view how the dresses would look she seemed un interested in helping me. I was left to attempt to do this with all my bridesmaids and maid of honor. We were in the middle of trying on the dresses we had chosen when she stated that the time was up that she would take my measures and send them by email that they were closing, it wasn’t even 7pm and they book their last appointment at 6pm. I drove 2 hours from Panama City and my bridal party was from out of town also and it was not worth going, it was a very disheartening experience. Rude, rushed and lack of any care for how special this moment should be for a bride.

Some of the best service I’ve ever received. I am extremely grateful for Achsa (apologies for any incorrect spelling) with attempting to help me find a new bridesmaid dress last minute. My bridesmaid dress was not available in my new size and she told me to come back today and try to help. Both her and the manager (didn’t catch her name) were extremely helpful in getting new measurements and placing a rush order for a new dress size in time for a wedding in a few weeks. They were both extremely kind and I’m truly grateful for their help.
