Lack customer service took forever to ring out my items only person in line , only had work clothes for a business trip stop in here cause Burlingtons didn’t have anything spent 200 in sporting goods the BLONDE
with glasses acted like she didn’t really wanna be bothered

They have a cool name. Dick's, that's a cool name. Dick is short for Richard. I wonder if their name is really "Richard's " but they call it "Dicks " for short?
I also noticed that in front of most Dick's Sporting Goods their is usually a BJ's restaurant. That's kinda cool right? Is that on purpose? Cause they're always in front of a Dick's, never behind them.
Anyway, I like Dick's! But BJ's are better

I walked through your entire store just now wanting to buy a bike and accessories. Mid day , not busy, lots of associates visible stocking. Not one person greeted me or offered to assist in any way. I left with nothing. I will not return to any Dick’s. As a retail business manager myself I can tell you that is an unacceptable way to operate your location .

I am new to the golf game and wanted to try a particular set of Irons in the simulator. Not only was I allowed to try the clubs, I was given some very helpful tips by Ed. 5 Stars for Ed's service.

Golf pro shop was awesome.
Checked my swing in the cage and simulator after not playing for 8 years. Set of clubs, bag, shoes with gear and I was at the golf course swinging in the Florida sun the same day. Thank You Ed!

Me and my family are in line now. One of the customer service people, Matt on register 1 called the guest in front of us then walked away after he served them. He then went to the other side of the counter where he served a guest who had just walked up. We only had one item. I’m not sure if his actions were in accordance with store policy but it seemed weird to me.. has anyone else experienced this at a Dick’s Sporting Goods store?

First time in this store today. I came in search of a gift for a child who enjoys playing golf. I saw the perfect gift on their website, and they had plenty of the item in stock. It was easy to find.Will I be back? Probably not any time soon, but that is only because do not shop in sporting good stores often.
