Dillards has and outstanding amount of Jeans to choose from short to tall, etc. The sales associates in the junior department were very polite and patient.

Walking through the different department stores is like a music competition and you get hit with so many perfume scents.

I just went to the mens perfume section and the blonde lady with short hair just ignored I was there, two other people came by and she immediately started helping them. Terrible customer service

Great customer service every time I come here. Mainly shop here for shoes and the people who run that area are great. Very friendly and quick to give help when needed. The ladies who run the purse area as well are great. Overall a great experience at this Dillards.

I believe I already rated this visit…Well, my son and I went there last minute to find a suit for his graduation. He has a really long inseam and long arm length. so it’s been hard to find the right fit. Even though we were some of the last people a sales rep came up to take care of us. He went above and beyond in helping us. He showed us several options. He didn’t make us feel rushed even though it was closing time. He initiated a good conversation with my son, which I thought was nice.

Beware of the "save 10%" deal offered when opening a new store credit card...there is a minimum purchase AND the offer does not come until after the first billing cycle. So whatever you spend on it before the first billing cycle will not have ANY discount. This is completely different from the last time I signed up for a store card, in 9/22, and feels very much like Bait & Switch. VERY ANGRY.

I went last minute shopping for my son's graduation. Mr. Freddie greeted me right away and asked how may he help. Mr. Freddie was very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. He helped us find the perfect fitting shirt and pants for my son. Mr. Freddie is a wonderful asset to the men's department. I definitely recommend asking for him if you're ever in the men's section at Dillard's.
