Took car into the dealership once done they let us know our back tires are to the point they need replaced. Told them thanks and went to tire discounter. We got there about 5:30, they close at 6, they were able to get us in and out in about 45 minutes and saved us some cash. These guys rock

After receiving three plus recommendations for Discount Tire on Magnolia, I went in for a simple tire rotation appointment which was completely free. I could tell they actually did rotate my tires as I was paying attention. They also made sure each tire had even PSI (I checked afterward), which is something simple that shops forget to do. The service was very friendly and quick despite them being very very busy. The staff all seemed to be very young there (college age), but all seemed willing to learn and do an excellent job on each vehicle. I would go back here again. My loyalty is no longer with Mavis as I believe they overcharged me for work on my previous vehicle, which I'm still paying the debt for.

Went into this Discount TIre shop, on recommendation of a friend who has had great service from them, and I needed to get my air checked in my tires, because of cold weather. They had a designated line for "AIR CHECKS" and it was very well organized, the tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and had my tires inflated in no time! Will return when my older car finally needs new tires!! THIS sure beats "dealerships"!! THANKS!!!
UPDATE: Just got a new set (4) of tires from Discount, and the staff could not have more helpful or efficient. Any question I asked they knew the answer. I could see them putting on the tires, etc, and they work fast but precise. I was pleased with my experience this time, too. Will continue to trade with this store.

Blake and the guys at this store are awesome. I had a family emergency that required me to drive 6hrs, but I didn’t feel comfortable doing that in the condition our tires were in so I called to see if they would be willing to install FOUR tires with only 30mins till closing time. Blake was not only willing but also took the time to inform me of the best tire for our vehicle based on inventory but wasn’t pushy and said we could also come in Monday if we needed more time to discuss. In general, am someone who does a ton of research before making decisions, but I go above and beyond when dealing with car maintenance so that I am not taken advantage of. Let’s be honest…Many car dealerships, mechanics, and auto stores see a woman and automatically think they can hit them over the head with automotive terms they don’t know and then over charge or upsell. Blake was none of that and I truly appreciated not having to go back and forth like many places here in town. The kind of customer service I received in person was just as great. The entire transaction was a pleasant surprise during a stressful time. I will be taking our other vehicle in for 2 tires soon and as long as the service Blake and his team provides continues, all future tire and alignment needs will be serviced at this location. Thank you again and see you soon!

Tire ran flat on the way home from work yesterday. Managed to get to Discount Tire. They had me out the door in an hour with a new set of 4 tires. The staff is attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. They don't try to oversell you or add on services you don't need. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Bad business used to be good business I wouldn't waste my time going here anymore I will do business at the one on east side of town they have great business this one is full of young people that doesn't want to do there job I went to Mavis tire right across the street got great service with no complaints Go Mavis

Austin is awesome— !
I already put a deposit in for an order at another store, but when I called asking for the same tire, Austin went above and beyond not only price matching, but offering same day delivery and installation.
I WISH I had called you guys first and that I wasn’t in a rush to get out of town. I will definitely be doing business with you in the future. Had to leave this comment because I was blown away by the customer service.
