Bad experience, we had a party here and had some extra kids show up. No one came to us about it and some of the kids were excluded from bowling. There were also not enough game cards to go around and no one wanted to help us get the kids left out a card. When I spoke to a manager she was very cold and just said "retail", I said sure I'll pay I've got kids waiting and she just pointed to the back of a long line. She was totally heartless and did not care about the kids being excluded. Do not give your money to these people they lack family values and business ethics.

Decent place, but always very loud and very crowded. We came here to go bowling but would've been better off going to any of the other alleys in town.

Man really and truly id give this place 5 stars if there were a good court. I see there is a restaurant but it's a bar too. Does anyone know who I need to talk to if I need a bite to eat? I guess you gotta know somebody, we started to leave and go to Burger King and come back. I woulda paid $25 for a corn dog! Really is this place a game room to take the kids or is it a sports bar that serves a little food to help people sober up? The food court needs work. Other than that it's not bad and I'd go back. But the food court needs work!

I was in Tallahassee for a college tour with high school students. We chose to visit this establishment as a source of entertainment for the students after a long day of college tours. Four of us sat at a table and ordered our food. The first misstep was bringing out half our party’s order and the other half didn’t come out until almost 20 minutes later. One of the student’s food was cold and the taste was awful. We asked if she could exchange for something else and were told that it was company policy not to remake food or give refunds! This was told to us by a supervisor! After several minutes of back and forth with said supervisor, we were finally told that they would take her dish off the bill and give her another item.This interaction alone was enough to make me want to gather everyone and leave. I’ve never heard of a policy at a restaurant where you cannot send your food back if it’s cold or doesn’t taste good.I hope management sees this message and works to change their policy.As of right now I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone visiting Tallahassee.

Laser tag, shuffle board, arcade games, bowling, and much more! They also have amazing food! Most bowling alley food is trash, but they are quite the contrary! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!On an aside, they need some new bowling shoes, but these are minor details.Moreover, when bowling, you can attach a picture of yourself.

The manager was not accommodating a special needs child even though the staff understood our situation. So if you attend, be aware they do NOT accommodate special needs children!

Our beautiful server was amazing but the witch of a manager told me my told me my heinous salad was quote on quote “perfection”. If I wanted to eat spoiled greens , I’d go outside and pluck grass.

Awesome place to spend an afternoon! The kids have tons of options to keep them busy. The bar area is great and the food is excellent! Parents and kids have a blast so it's a win-win!

Honestly I would leave 0 stars if I could. After purchasing a lane, we attempted to use lane 19 which was the lane they stated we had but when we arrived, our lane was off. We decided to go back and speak with the staff and inform them the lane isn’t working and then decided since the staff was having issues turning it back on, that we wouldn’t mind upgrading and paying the difference. The manager at the time Neha was very unprofessional and was not trying to compromise with us at all. She tried to tell us all the lanes were full even though we specifically paid for lane 19. Instead of getting frustrated, we informed her that since “all the lanes were full” we wouldn’t mind upgrading to the vip lane and paying the difference. The manager ignored us and proceeded to try to figure out why the lane we purchased wouldn’t turn on. We repeated our previous statement, reiterating that we don’t mind upgrading and paying the difference, essentially letting her know we were willing to pay extra money regardless of the inconvenience. She then rudely exclaimed that she can’t upgrade our lane. So we calmly told her, that’s fine, can we just get a refund so that we can purchase the vip lane. She proceeded to ignore us again trying to work on getting the other lane working. After asking for the second time, she acknowledged our question and told us that she can’t give us a a refund either. So at this point, we didn’t know what to do because the manager wasn’t willing to work with us at all! She then stated we will still get our hour of bowling as if it made up for her poor customer service. I know the customer isn’t always right but if they are willing to cooperate and pay extra after being inconvenienced you would think the company would be willing to assist.My reply:[I understand the technical error being tied to the lane, however, after fixing the technical error, our refund could have been processed as we requested. That’s how you give good customer service.]
