I was in this dollar general and there was a sales tag on the door of the beer stating $9.95 with Dollar general logo and it rang up as $20 and some change when I told to lady/ladies they said they couldn't change it even though there was a sale sign! This dollar general needs to do better and stop false advertisement!!!!! I went to a different dollar general and said the same thing and the sold it to me for the sales price!

Love the store, was coming to get some stuff for a pool day with my friends. Didn’t expect to be profiled by Rhonda the cashier first thing on a Saturday morning.Walked in and realized I was going to get some extra things and needed a basket. Went up front to get a basket and tried not to set off the beeper with stuff in my hands so I went around them and then placed everything in the basket. Put my phone, car keys and nicotine in my pocket to free my hands up. I don’t know this store well so I was kind of walking around getting my bearings and finally find the bread aisle for hotdog buns. She walks up and stops on the aisle I’m on, trying to be discreet and is just fiddling with a box. Doesn’t ask me if I need help or anything and I have to ask her if she works there because she has no name tag or anything to try and figure out where the hotdog buns are or if they had extra because I couldn’t see them. Points them out on the lower shelf pushed to the back. I was uncomfortable the rest of the time, because I realized what she was doing. I forgot mustard and ketchup and refused to go back without my husband because of it.

The Hosford store on hwy20, and the Tallahassee Store at Getty Road and hwy20 are both good. Purchased an eyeglass repair kit at Getty Road store.I don't go to the Bristol store because it's never clean and the isles are packed!UpDate!New Store has opened in Bristol.It is still on hwy 20.

I came to this location to pickup an online order that I placed for the first time. I reached there and they had not received my order. AJ the assistant manager tried to correct the problem with corpi. Afternoon waiting for at least a half hour Ms. AJ rang up my order at her own expense. I was shocked but appreciative. I was very satisfied with her customer service.
