“My phone wasn't charging and thought I'd purchase a battery, staff at the store informed me that the phone is sealed and the battery can't be replaced. They tested the battery and it was fine. They then looked at the charging port under a lighted magnifying glass and found dirt that was preventing the charging cable from connecting properly. They cleaned it out and the phone started charging normally. They young men saved my a lot of money and at no charge. I tipped them with some cash out of thanks for what they did. This is the second Batteries Plus store I've been to and the customer service is the best!”
