He was professional, very knowledgeable, polite, completely focused on the problem, respectful and understanding young man. While working my problems he was multitasking resulting in providing customer service to approximately a 12 others. He was working the front desk by himself and went above and beyond to ensure all customers were satisfied before leaving. Juwan is certainly an asset and will be for any future employer career path he takes...”

If I want to know what is going on I have to call them. I found out afterwards they had the wrong number to call for updates. That was our mistake not theirs. 13 days I have my tablet fixed and working like new again.”
