Ive used enterprise before, even out of the country and never had an issue until now. I guess its just the location. I had reserved a vehicle for 4 days. As a pregnant mother i really needed a transportation for an appointment. i missed my appointment due to no body calling me back. Good thing i didnt waste my money by ubering to the place. They called saying they had no cars at all and by 5pm I would get a call back regarding to any cars being available. I even moved my appointment time thinking i would get a vehicle. No one ever called back or the next day. Never again will i book at this place. I’ll probably start using hertz.

This location is horrible. Went to pick up my reserved car and they had none. Said I would have to wait an hour for a car to come back in. Of course they have no idea if that’s accurate or not. I had to have a car to drive 3 hours to a business appointment. Never bothered to even call me this morning to say they would not be able to fulfill the reservation. Poor Customer service. They just don’t care.

My rental car needed a new battery (don't have cars with 70000 miles in your fleet)I was told by roadside assistance to bring the car to this location for a replacement vehicle (I had to jump the car to do this)The attendant at the n. Monroe location that I drove to, at the direction of roadside assistance, told me that he didn't have a replacement vehicle for me. (communication within the organization)He asked me to go to Firestone auto repair to get a replacement battery. (Let the customer solve the problem)If he knew he didn't have a car and he knew I was coming why didn't he call? (communication with the customer)I had to jump the car to get it started again and the only employee at the location didn't know how to jump a car and was only in the way.The wait at Firestone was 2 hours because they had to wait on enterprise to authorize the service.Everything wrong with this situation is caused by Enterprise and made worse by Enterprise

Very good service but very expensive car rental for a week. I've only had the car for a few hours and they called to check to see how everything was going I thought that was really neat I recommend them

Get kind help from here. My vehicle needs to be repaired and I placed a rental order here. Tarique Akbar is a very nice staff, he provides help in all aspects. Always keep me in touch with the latest information. The rental process is efficient and the vehicle is in good quality.

This is a great location. Tarique is awesome, he will take care of his customers with professionalism and diligence. I had to rent a car during a very difficult time in my life, and he made this so much easier. Thanks, Tarique!! (and the other employees who picked me up and brought me back before and after).

Amazing experience from this location. Tarique helped get the reservation completed. He was very through with the walk through and making sure I needed everything to get on my way. I had one major concern with the minivan and he was apologetic and quickly came up with a solution to my concerns. He also followed up checking if things were going well with the van. Great customer service and made it easy to continue to work with Enterprise especially this location.

Do yourself a favor and rent from ANY other locations other than this one. After not having the vehicle with zero heads up that it wouldn't be available and waiting an extra 2 hours for our rental to be available the customer service is horrible. Kyle is the only helpful person there and the other female there is nasty and rude when speaking to anyone. If Kyle is there your good to go, but if he isn't run away!!
