The pickup was quick and easy. However when returning the vehicle, there was no attendant outside to return the keys. Overall my first time experience was a 10/10.

I had an excellent experience renting from Enterprise at the Tallahassee airport. Originally, I rented a Dodge Challenger which turned out to be not a good fit for my back issue. I brought it back the very next day and Blaze Parker and her manager gave me a roomy Audi A4 and it was the perfect fit for my bad back. I drove it around Tallahassee for a week with no issues and now my back is perfect again! Thank you Blaze Parker for saving me a trip to the chiropractor.

This is the WORST Rental Car company on earth. They NEVER answer their local office phones and often pick up the phone and then hang up. Their cars have many safety features that do NOT work such as rear cameras and side collision warning systems and I was told it's fine to use the car without them. NO! It is not. I want a car that is functioning like it should. HORRIBLE Customer Service especially the North Monroe and Mahan locations in Tallahassee. Run! Do not rent from them!

Marcus is the man! Had a funeral to go to..found out last minute. Marcus went above and beyond and made the rental process so easy for me. Thank you so much brother…give the man a promotion…definitely not renting a car from anywhere else!

I generally love Enterprise and rent from them very often. As a Platinum member, I am very familiar with the policies and practices. I know that airports are true Enterprise, and street corner franchises don't follow the same rules. I am well aware that in some cases, alternate drop-off locations will add a HUGE recovery fee.I called Enterprise Customer Service, the call went to a probable India call center. I asked if i was able to drop at another airport, and I informed him that some places charge additional. The Rep ASSURRED me that there was no extra charge. I asked him to check again, and he confirmed it. He then went into the system and changed the drop-off location. What a surprise; a charge was added! When I called Customer Service, they saw the representatives changes and saw his ID. They only lowered the recovery fee $100, leaving the remaining $500 on the bill.Enterprise needs to get a handle on their customer service team and hold them responsible for the information they provide.

Getting the car was no problem, super smooth.However, I tried to extend my rental by 1 day. I called the branches local number 5 times from the phone number I left on file. Everytime I got past the automated message, the phone either kept ringing or the phone was picked up but I couldn't hear anything. If I owned a rental car company and a phone number who had an active rental called 5 times I would try to call them back. I didn't receive any calls from any number. I wasn't able to find a local email for this branch online.When I did finally drop the car off, I want to let someone know that I couldn't hear anything on the phone but no one was at the desk.

Well from start to finish. Everything was easy. Everyone from booking, customer service all the way to my drop off destination. Was professional, and friendly. They helped with any and every problem that was presented and got me a great car. Thank you enterprise. I will be doing business with you more ofter.

The car was okay.. when I took it in for a 30 day rewrite no one even looked at my car. So why did I have to take it in. Why couldn't have just emailed my mileage to get a new contract.

I did my reservation online and needed to make a change. I called and spoke with Ashley who reassured me that all of my changes were correct in the system and that my rental would be available. Upon returning the rental, an Enterprise associate gave me a warm greeting in the parking lot and made sure that I got all of my personal belongings. The return process was a breeze. I look forward to renting again!

Ashley Bailey at the Tallahassee airport was absolutely hands down amazing! Although she works for National, she assisted me with my Enterprise rental. She was friendly, accommodating and took the time explaining the membership options to me. Fortunately, she was working when I returned the vehicle and again was so helpful and kind. From start to finish, she made sure I was taken care of and highly satisfied with my experience! She’s the go-to for rental car assistance for the next 4 years that my family and I will be visiting Florida A & M University.
