We had a very easy experience. We were able to check in online since we were going to get there after hours. They are conveniently located and the unit was clean and secure. The worker was helpful with any questions.

Extremely difficult to access the 40x10 space with my RV. Was not told beforehand. Very tight almost impossible turns. The space they gave me for my RV is parallel parking only.
