The are great. I contacted them with the need of new 4 yard signs for a customer and needed to be ready the next day. The signs were ready in a timely manner and can't say thank you enough for all the great work they have done.

I am only giving 2 stars because of not so good customer service that I received and I feel as though it was not appropriately handled by management. To be fair my signs do look good but poor customer service from a team member has cost me more money than if I would have went with another company. I am only leaving a review because I have received several requests to do so from the company. I honestly planned to keep my thoughts to myself and move on but since it has been constantly requested, here is my feedback. Thanks.

When I was in a position where I needed to make immediate changes to Signage, this team was kind, patient and answered my questions in full detail. As an administrator I know the value of quality / accurate work and good customer service. You WILL find that at Fast Signs.
