Only 2 people working in store. No empty carts to bring packages in on. Very friendly staff but I had to wait longer than expected for service

Tried to call to schedule a package to be held at this location because I was having issues logging into my fedex account. Each time I called the robot “glitched” & hung up on me repeatedly.
